Christie is the sweetest and always makes sure you know what’s going on with your car and what you can expect. If google let you’ll write multiple reviews I’d leave them 5 stars every time I go! Reasonably good service but customer communications needs to be factually correct and consistent. The Hyundai warranty is NOT 5 years bumper to bumper.......its only 3. Due to me wanting faster service I was forced to come here than my usual location. Called May 31 for a service appointment, luckily got one the following day. Came in for a SRS warning light on, did the here than my usual location. Called May 31 for a service appointment, luckily got one the following day. Came in for a SRS warning light on, did the diagnostic ($181.06), part wasn't available needed to be ordered to be in on June 4th for service the following Monday June 6. No issues or complaints besides needing an expensive part and waiting for repair (clock spring). Due to my impatience I called June 4th @ 10:52am to confirm if anything had come in, the person speaking never gave their name but did recognize that specific item hadn't come in and I would receive a call when it was. No call was received the next couple days. I called June 9th @ 2:12pm to get an update, spoke with Debbie, after a few confusing questions as I was not given any other information than what I've briefly stated, I'm placed on open air hold, couple minutes later she comes back stating I was already called by "Mario" and that they were waiting for me to respond (no call, voicemail or text was received prior to my call on the 9th). I sarcastically stated we're in 2022 and that Caller ID does exist, she again affirmed her coworker had called, I was finally booked for service for Monday June 13. Come Monday service was performed ($407). @ pickup time, during the wait as both staff at the desk were occupied, the sales staff tend to walk past the customers waiting and not say anything, why walk in front of me and stare or have the "RBF" look instead of engaging in the simple act of saying Hello. Once the female employee was free she nodded to me, when I mentioned I had a complaint and that I don't appreciate having staff lie, she responded sarcastically and defended the coworker in the sense what happened wasn't technically lying. The only postive experience was the shuttle drive. BOTH DRIVERS WERE GREAT and seem to be the only folk with manners and should be commended. Another negative and comical aspect of this dealership is on the bottom of the invoice and their "commitments". 1. Greeted within 60 seconds of entering service drive. (Didn't happen) 2. Perform walk around inspection (didn't happen with me present, noticed pics were being taking when I was leaving with the shuttle driver) 3. Keep you informed of your vehicles status. (only received call that it was done) 4. Return your vehicle cleaner. (Nothing was done) 5. Follow up after visit to ensure your satisfaction. (Nothing yet after the 2nd visit. I was sent a link to leave a positive review after the first visit so I can be entered to win prizes. They failed to mention its DealerRater offering the prize and not Crowfoot Hyundai nor does leaving a Facebook or Google review even enter you for such a thing.). Definitely made an impression as a first time client. Update: June 15th @ 11:52 received a phone call from their sales team if I were interested in selling my vehicle in an auction. Devon. I came in for service, why would I sell my vehicle? Hour later I received an email of the same auction. Good to know they were more interested in my car than proper service or this review. More
