UNPROFESSIONAL & ARROGANT Pathetic Customer Service, especially the manager at this dealership. You ask any question to the salesperson and the answer is “Let me talk to my manager”. I went to check ab especially the manager at this dealership. You ask any question to the salesperson and the answer is “Let me talk to my manager”. I went to check about the “Elantra” base trim the salesperson was nice, but the whole experience got bad once the manager came to say hello. Very arrogant, he is like we charge more than MSRP. When I asked that Toyota or Honda are not charging more than MSRP, he just shrugs his shoulders and with a very arrogant tone say, “I work at Hyundai, I don’t know about them, if you want to buy, we charge more than MSRP else you can wait 6 – 8 months”. I just said thanks and came out, as a business owner I believe that one should be courteous to your customer, even if you are charging more there is a proper way to say that. This experience shows the culture at the dealership. I feel bad for the sales staff that work hard and serve the customers only to see their efforts going down the drain. I recommend to everyone, if you want to buy Hyundai, just avoid this dealership. I am sure you’ll find some better than them. More
