Worst communication ever. So, it all starts with a shiny new Jeep Wrangler. And a plucky salesmen. All was fine and dandy until I got to the stage of dealing with the financing manager Dave Herard, the most unaccountable man I have ever met. I signed my first bit of paper work on Wednesday, requested only email contact as I would be at work, get a phone call the next day saying that I had been approved for my loan, and he would email me my VIN and the other information I needed within 10 to 15 minutes. Fast forward the next morning and 3 emails later with no reply I fill out the contact page on their site asking for a refund of my 500$ deposit since it was clear that this company didn't want my business anymore. I get a phone call super apologetic and my information is emailed to me while on the call. At this point I figure. Meh, people forget things. Made the horrid mistake of going through with it. Show up on Saturday, only to be lectured by the man telling me I wasn't very professional in not being patient and I should have called him blah blah blah instead of resorting to the contact me option on the site. Then after signing all the paperwork I find out that they gave MY spare key and wheel lock key to another customer and I would have to wait for them to bring it in. Ooh lordy okay, I'll be patient. Apparently the customer already called and would be in later that evening. Little did I know I should have ripped up the paper work right there and went elsewhere. Fast forward to 6 PM and I email asking if my key was there. No response. None! So I waited until this morning, at which point I emailed once. Waited 2 hours. Phoned once and left a VM, Waited 2 more hours, used the online contact form, got a email within 20 minutes. Clearly this is the way to get a hold of this man, the email only said. Don't worry, I'll look into it. So I email back asking, so is that a yes or a no? Fast forward an hour and a half. I phone him and get him at his desk. He tells me he'll look into it and get back to me, then says you know what, hold on. Puts me on hold and tells me the customer will be in at 530 today. Fast forward 20 minutes and I get an email saying that the customer won't be in and that I need to be more polite and patient and allow people time to get things sorted. You know, as if waiting several hours isn't being patient. The long and short of it. I still don't have my wheel lock key, someone has my spare key, and Dave has treated me like a child and blamed me for all of his mistakes. I will never, ever do business at this location ever again. They made us sign an offer sheet and take a $1000 deposit. The deal didn't go through, and eventually went to another dealer (Airdrie Dodge - Great people, go there!) and made a much better deal. A month later noticed credit card deposit wasn't returned, called Taylor and was told "because we made a deal with another dealer the deposit was not refundable," then was hung up on. Was never told this, they refused to give me a copy of the offer sheet, declined to destroy the offer sheet with my signature on it because it was a 'legal document.' Have disputed with credit card company and still dealing with these thieves. Do not, deal with this dealership! Do your self a favour and go to Airdrie. More

Untrained Staff? I was overcharged for $32 on my debit card (there were other issues as well). I will definitely go back to East Side Dodge as my experience there is that it is a much tighter ship. Again there were other issues aside from the aforementioned. They need to tighten up. More

$1000 sales incentive evaporated and felt threatened I've been dealing with car dealerships over the years, and I go armed with a carcost canada report, and I make sure the dealer is making enough for it I've been dealing with car dealerships over the years, and I go armed with a carcost canada report, and I make sure the dealer is making enough for it to be worth while to them. Attempting to purchase a new vehicle with this dealership was a particularly bad experience, which ended up with what felt like threatening behavior from the sales manager to my wife and myself and an admittance the following day that these were the tactics the sales manager used to see if they could squeeze an extra $500 out of us, and instead of being threatening, they should have just asked us nicely if we'd give them an extra $500. We left when it started to become threatening, and saw the sales manager throwing his arms up and down on the desk as we looked back towards the dealership when driving away. The following day we received 5 phone calls from 3 different people at the dealership apologizing and wanting our business, but we purchased the vehicle at another dealership that started off at the price we were asking for and didn't play any of the standard games. Also, there was an up to $1000 private sales incentive for an event they were running, which I was told would be given by a Chrysler rep on top of any deal we agreed on, which evaporated immediately when we began negotiations with the comment "You're not eligible for that because you have a carcostcanada report". Also, watch out for the documentation fees at this dealer which they attempt to pass off as taxes. If they think they're gonna lose the sale, they'll also offer you a trip to Vegas for free, but I've been informed that these free trips still cost you in taxes etc. More
It's like a trip to Disneyland A wonderful experience. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of, and very happy. Our boys (especially the youngest) enjoyed playing in all the showroom vehicles. Thanks you to Brian, Jason and Jack for everything. All went above and beyond!! My van (ours) is amazing! Love everything in it. It's like a trip to Disneyland - lots of bells, buttons and whistles to play with. More
