I turned to Don many times for advice, and he never hesitated on helping me out. I finally decided to take the leap and look for a new Ram, and went to Don immediately. We talked about all my details, what I was looking for, money situation, the fact that I have a daughter who will be driving soon, and we found the right truck. The purchase was smooth, easy and very entertaining to say the least. I've never met a salesperson like Don, and I'm glad I know him, and can turn to him when I have questions. Dale in finance was awesome as well. He worked his magic, got me a fantastic number, and we were done. The Sales Manager Harp wanted to meet me in person to say "thank you for your business". Harp was the one who finalized my great deal. What a great touch and I will deffinately tell my friends. He really focused on our needs and what was best for us and our family, and never tired to take advantage of us. Never felt there was an ulterior motive with Mike.
