I replied to his ad on kijiji, and within minutes had an appointment to see the car early the next day. Jay even traded some jokes with me over the phone. Great guy. Jay was ready with the car. We test drove with pleasant conversation. We then returned to his office and negotiated a price quickly. Jay was very honorable, as the car had been listed at a lower price than what the manager desired, but Jay honored our price and even negotiated lower. Excellent associate. Jay even came out with me in the pouring rain to place the license plate. I have not had such a positive experience at a dealership as I did with Jay, and the vehicle being a Honda, Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and recommended the car highly. If more dealerships were managed and run the way Jay handles each of his sales and customers, the auto industry would increase its sales dramatically. Jay thanks for everything. He listened to my needs/wants and was helpful making a few suggestions. he had some of the other sales guys who own Jeeps come over and chat about pros/cons so I felt more comfortable. One of my concerns was weather this vehicle would fit into my garage Don piped up and said lets go check it out so we did!
