He was so pleasant , very informative and not pushy . We returned another two times for more conversation about what we wanted in a vehicle. Don helped us choose a beautiful Black Dodge Ram Truck . The colour is labelled "Brilliant " , this truck is brilliant! Don was excellent in showing us how all the bells and whistles work in this beauty . Amazing! When I took the company Truck in for servicing, I asked Don Baker one simple question; I need a vehicle! That's all it took,. I have raised 3 amazing kids on my own and with that there were alot of sacrifices, as a result my credit suffered, so I thought there was no hope. Don on the other hand made every effort in the world to make it happen. He worked very hard talking with all of his co-workers and finding me the perfect solution to make it happen. Almost the perfect deal! I came in looking for a 2016 Caravan and was able to find the almost ideal vehicle right off the bat with Raj's help. The one I looked at was a 'deale I came in looking for a 2016 Caravan and was able to find the almost ideal vehicle right off the bat with Raj's help. The one I looked at was a 'dealer used service vehicle" with only 5556 kms. I was quoted various prices so wasn't sure what the price "out the door" was going to be. I ended up paying a bit more than I was quoted originally so felt taken advantage of. Also was told they would supply floor mats, but got my old ones instead. Would have liked to at least test another models with a few more options, but was quickly steered away from them. More

They will provide low-end replacement parts that won't last! I bought my car from this dealer. They replaced my front and rear brakes just over two years ago. I took my car in for an oil change and to have my wi I bought my car from this dealer. They replaced my front and rear brakes just over two years ago. I took my car in for an oil change and to have my winter tyres changed over and they told me I needed to have my rear brakes changed AGAIN, along with additional work on my front brakes for a hefty price (barely out of warranty). I work from home and rarely use my car. I am convinced that they use used or heavily inferior replacement parts. I will never be back Crowfoot Dodge and neither will my husband, two customers GONE! They will hold no responsibility or accountability for their lousy service. More

Unprofessional I have been to this dealership many times a few months go I bought a brand new jeep I had no issues. I bought a 2017 dodge ram this time and it was by I have been to this dealership many times a few months go I bought a brand new jeep I had no issues. I bought a 2017 dodge ram this time and it was by far the worst experience at a dealership I've witnessed. There is nothing wrong with the truck.The sales man that helped me was polite and very helpful. The others were very condescending I felt really belittled I was being lied to and talked down to after trying to buy a second vehicle. I don't know if they had a miscommunication between there staff but it was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. I have never posted any bad reviews but this was real shocking to me and felt the need to. After years of giving business to this dealership I will no longer recommend crowfoot dodge to anyone. More
