She went out of her way to ensure that I got my 3M and undercoating done right away because I drove my Jeep off the lot that day. She made me feel like I was family. Finance was also very accommodating to get me into my Jeep. Asad was patient while I tried to get my insurance company to send the new pink card. Those are actually copy pastes from text messages he sent to me. After all this negative talk he offers me 0% financing on a vehicle. Lol like come on. You guys are a joke. Insulting someone doesnt make them want to do business with you. Thank again jeff for such a plesant experience....NOT More
Excellent Experience at Crowfoot Dodge! This is the first time I have dealt with a dealership and Don Baker made the whole experience stressfree and exciting. Don greeted me right away with a smile and eagerness to help me find what vehicle best suited my style and payment parameters. As this was my first experience with a dealership, he explained the process and requirements and timeline start to finish up to the moment I would be driving away in my new Jeep. :) I actually had very few questions since he was so thorough. When my Jeep arrived, Don took time to sit in my vehicle and ensure all was set up to my liking before it's first official trip off the lot! There have been no surprises with my Jeep - it's great and has been plowing through all this snow in top fashion. Don listened to what I was looking for and there was no confusion or pressure for options I didn't need. I highly recommend Don! Holly :) More
Absolutely horrible service! My recent experience at this dealership was terrible. I am trying to refinance a high interest loan on a car that is two years old. Jeff, the finance My recent experience at this dealership was terrible. I am trying to refinance a high interest loan on a car that is two years old. Jeff, the finance manager assured me he could take care of all of my needs. I did the credit app over the phone and was told to come in to talk about my options. I arrived that evening on time and found that Jeff, the finance manager was not available at the moment. 45 minutes later after dealing with the appraisal of my current vehicle I finally met with Jeff, where i was informed of several things that seemed great at the time! Jeff got me approved for a loan on a used truck, and was giving me a trade in on my car that was only negative $2000. Sounded amazing! I test drove a truck and we talked numbers. Once we talked numbers Jeff informed me that this deal on this truck was a one time deal and I had to sign for it that night, and there will be no more deals like this. I got a bad feeling, the pressure was huge to take this truck that second. I ended up not taking the truck that night, and Jeff was more than rude about it. The very next day I got a call from Jeff informing me that he had got a better deal, brand new truck at half the interest rate! what a deal! After some back and forth I finally decided to give a second chance to the dealership and came down as discussed at 7 that night. After I arrived i sat for almost an hour waiting to see Jeff, didn't get to test drive the truck and left feeling the same as the last time! After all of this happens I think that I am done with the dealership Jeff calls me again, and I inform him that I am no longer interested in buying a truck, and that I am interested in a new Jeep Compass. I laid out all that i wanted with regards to payments, interest, kind of vehicle, etc. Two days later i get a call saying that it is not possible to bury the negative equity in that type of vehicle. All that is fine, I was basically told that Dodge doesn't have any vehicles that actually hold their value other than mini vans and trucks. Again I am thinking I am done with with dodge, and will again begetting my credit hit again by another dealership, when out of the blue Jeff calls again and tells me he found a used Mazda suv that will work. So after the lovely dump of snow we had that friday night I drove all the way down to the dealership on icy roads thinking I will get to test drive the vehicle that i made an appointment for and arrive to find someone else taking it out for a test drive. I was assured that I had first claim on the vehicle once I had test drove it, and to my surprise I was later told it had sold. After I was told the Mazda had sold I was told that they had a great deal on a truck. Back to the truck, something I was no longer interested in. I test drove the truck and was disappointed at how basic it was. I asked my sales person if the Mazda was for sure sold, and he went to check. He came back and said I could have it if I put $3000 down. I was beside myself. This dealership had no ethics whatsoever, and the story is never the same from them. Oh and to top it all off, if you want to speak to a manager to file a complaint good luck, you get Jeff, a finance manager. Nerver. Again!!!!!!!! More

He was affable to the point of familiarity but still maintained a proper professional demeanor. Everything was above board and very well explained. He presented fair and meaningful options to buy, and stayed within my budget. His straight forward(honest) approach made my buying experience very pleasant. As someone that has spent the last week dealing with other salespersons around the city I cannot explain how much I appreciated this experience. If you go there ask to speak to, Aldo, you will not regret it. More
