He told me that deposit is refundable, but when I decided not to go ahead and asked for deposit back, he denied the deposit is refundable and all his promises (the phone conversation was very hostile). I would definitely not recommend Raj Nv, and suggest Crowfoot dodge management to keep eyes on their sales team. More
I provided a deposit of 5k for a new jeep on a late Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday morning I decided to ask for my deposit back as I decided that right now was not the best time to purchase a vehicle Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday morning I decided to ask for my deposit back as I decided that right now was not the best time to purchase a vehicle. I was dealing with Gurpreet. Seeing as how less than 24 hrs passed and I did not sign anything, I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I was bombarded with questions, accused of wasting their time and shopping around (that's not a crime and you are SUPPOSED to shop around for a deal) and that they would "reduce" the deposit. I again asked for a full refund to which Gurpreet told me I would have to talk to the bank (I put my deposit on a mastercard) . I said "No, you took the deposit by credit and you can refund it by credit. Takes less than a few minutes." He then said it would take "many days" He kept getting his manager Jason to call me and when Jason couldn't convince me of it he hung up on me. It took a pretty heated phone call from my husband and a couple texts from myself indicating that if the refund wasn't processed immediately I was prepared to file fraud charges with Mastercard. I finally received the receipt 4 hours after my initial request for a refund for Gurpreet to send me the receipt. His text was "It is being processed by my finance team. They will get to it when they get to it. I will spend MY TIME dealing with actual buyers." This after his spiel to me saying how he has only been a sales guy for a few months and hasn't made very much money. Brutal, predatory and unethical practices. More

It was an intermittent issue which was granted hard to diagnose. However, there was a known service bulletin about the issue which they either ignored or were ignorant of. Scroll forward to the Jeep being out of warranty and the root cause was identified (matching the service bulletin) but being out of warranty they refused to do anything. Beware of Jeep and Crowfoot Dodge because they can't properly diagnose issues until they are out of warranty, then want you to pay $$$ More
Glad I shopped around so I knew their offers are so bad (like 25% off market). The people here are bad but the prices are worse. Only go here if you don't mind getting suckered. I don’t even know where to begin with the review. I have purchases 4 vehicles from crowfoot dodge. I’d say Im a pretty loyal customer. So when my 2021 vehicle with 38 000kms had BALD tires and needed I have purchases 4 vehicles from crowfoot dodge. I’d say Im a pretty loyal customer. So when my 2021 vehicle with 38 000kms had BALD tires and needed to be replaced I was a bit disappointed. I contacted my sales person from my most recent purchase(Kaeden) to which I was met with a hostile phone conversation. Basically blaming me for why my tires were so bald even though none of my previous three ever had an issue. Kaeden was aware that my vehicle was unusable(because one tire had a screw in it-my fault) yet he took days to get back to me. I then reached out the the general sales manager-Aldo. I have dealt with Aldo for 3/4 of my purchases so I did trust him. I wasn’t looking for my tires to be replaced for free but I was looking for prices or options or SOMETHING. I messaged Aldo to express my concern on Kaeden not getting back to me - Kaeden then got back to me right away after my email to Aldo - once again very hostile text messages. Making sure it was known that it wasn’t his fault and putting it on me. I then received an email from Aldo saying he would call me Monday March 20th - it is Friday March 24th when I am writing this and haven’t heard a single thing. As mentioned I wasn’t looking for anything free but I would have expected the sales guy OR general sales manager to direct me to their tire sales OR offer to get me pricing or anything. But nothing. No one has done anything. I would definitely not recommend crowfoot dodge. More
We recently went in to Crowfoot Dodge to look at trucks and Raj NV greeted us. Raj was very knowledgeable and personable. A Big Horn 4x4 was in the showroom. Our intent was to just look, needless to say, and Raj NV greeted us. Raj was very knowledgeable and personable. A Big Horn 4x4 was in the showroom. Our intent was to just look, needless to say, we purchased it. Raj is great. He knows his stuff. Turns out he also sold our mother her van, a couple of years, ago. We remember that her experience was top notch, as well. Thank you Raj. We love out new truck. More

I called Crowfoot Dodge to talk to a technician. I gave the info about my jeep and explained that it is leaking oil. He said that I have to bring the jeep to check it and that it will be $150 per h I gave the info about my jeep and explained that it is leaking oil. He said that I have to bring the jeep to check it and that it will be $150 per hour or $80 for half an hour. I also asked for the cost to replace the differentials and transmission oils. He said there is a package for $450 for both. Two days later I called to book an appointment. On the phone I asked again how much will it cost to check the problem in my Jeep. I was told it is $165/hour or $85/half an hour I told her I was told $150/hour and $80/half an hour when I phoned two days prior. She said okay, I will put it in computer for $150. When I dropped off the car, I spoke to Advisor Sally. I explained to her that my jeep is leaking oil and to please check the oil and fluid to see where the leak is coming from. She put $175 per hour. I told her that so far I've got 3 estimates for checking my car....$150, $165 and now $175. She said ''okay, I'll put it for $150 and see what happens''. I also asked her for the estimate on changing differentials and transmission oils. She said $450 for transmission and $550 for differentials. I left my Jeep, they gave me a ride home. Few hours later she phoned me and told me that the radiator is leaking. I told her that it can't be the radiator because the amount of fluid in radiator has not changed. I took the picture of the leaks in my garage which was on the cardboard I put under the jeep to protect the garage floor. When I went back to Crowfoot Dodge I showed Sally the picture. She was surprised and said "wow, that's a lot of oil". She told me to sit in the waiting room and they will check the Jeep again. I told her that shouldn't the technician check the problem since I told you that there was oil leaking? She seemed a bit nervous and told me this was misunderstanding. Again I told her that I explained that the problem is that the jeep is leaking oil. She apologized and told me to sit in the waiting room again. I waited for about two hours. Finally I got tired of waiting so I went downstairs and asked her what's going on? Why is it taking time? She said '' I have an answer for you. The oil filter adaptor housing is leaking oil''. She gave me the estimate to fix it. But without my knowledge she put on paper that customer declined for repair it at this time. She told me that she's charging me only for half an hour. I asked if that is $80 and she said yes. I thanked and appreciated her. She gave me the invoice but I didn't check it. When I went to the cashier to pay I realized I was being charged $130.05. I told the cashier that it was supposed to be $80. The cashier told me to check back with Sally. When I went back to Sally, she was talking on the phone. I waited until she was done then I asked her why is it this much when she said earlier that it will be $80 only. In fact their technician didn't spent more time to check my car to find the real problem until I showed her the picture of the oil leak. I was ok with $80 but this is too much. Suddenly she got angry and told me ''this is the cost. Okay?'' I told her I have no choice but to complain to the company. She told me I have rights to complain. When I look around me, I noticed that I was surrounded by at least 10 employees, some of them wearing a service uniform. I became alarmed and wonder what was going on. I felt afraid. I went inside to pay the cashier. While I was paying, I noticed that from behind the door, one employee was peeking at me. Some of them were standing in the corners looking at me with their arm crossed on their chest. I was surprised and felt threatened. It felt like I was surrounded by gang members who are ready to attack me. I have never experienced this in my life. I brought my Jeep to Varsity dealership instead to fix it and paid $300 less than what Crowfoot Dodge quoted me. I called Crowfoot Dodge Service manager to tell him what has happened in his shop during my visit. He told me that this kind of bullying is not allowed in their work place and promised to call me back on Monday as it was Friday afternoon. But I never heard back from him. Think twice before you leave your vehicle for any service at Crowfoot Dodge. More
I am writing this because, what I brought my vehicle in for, was not what I was charged for. My vehicle concerns were not addressed properly, and the incorrect narrative on my work order/invoice was writte for, was not what I was charged for. My vehicle concerns were not addressed properly, and the incorrect narrative on my work order/invoice was written to justify the repair that was done. On Oct. 11, 2022 we called into Crowfoot service department and spoke with Sarah W. We explained that our vehicle was smelling like burnt plastic. She said to bring it in. On arrival it was clearly stinking inside my vehicle and outside, of burning plastic. Sarah said we would need to have it scoped. Later that afternoon we received a callback from Sarah telling my husband that my radiator was cracked, and that the technician was 90% sure the burning smell was coming from my radiator. My husband questioned that diagnosis as we have not seen any leaks in our garage, and the fluid level was still good. We have to trust the professionals, so we told her to go ahead and repair it as needed. The next day my car still smelled like burnt plastic. I called Sarah and she said it could take a couple days to go away. I also asked her if she could correct the original paperwork/invoice as it was worded all wrong. It stated that our car "smells kinda sweet." I don't know why she put that on our work order as my car smells nothing like sweet. It plainly stinks like burnt plastic. She then got very angry and rude. She said that she couldn't correct or change the wording and that was too bad for us, as we already signed off on it. I then googled on my computer "why would my car smell sweet"? I was appalled when I found out that a sweet smell means your radiator is leaking. I now felt tricked. The narrative on my work order/invoice was written to justify the repair. The next day we called to speak to the service manager. That was Chris J. This is now Oct 14,2022. My vehicle is still smelling awful, like burnt plastic. We leave the vehicle with Chris. He takes it out for a drive and confirms the burnt plastic smell. We came in to speak with him. He tells us that he smelled the burning smell and he had the vehicle hoisted up to look under it. Then he tells us that he sees what looks to be plastic bags or similar, all melted and stuck to our rear exhaust. He even shows us photos on his phone of the melted plastic stuck there. Of course my husband asks "Wouldn't your technician have seen this when he hoisted it up to scope it?" And Chris answers, "yes, but he was looking for a SWEET SMELL!" Bingo, we felt scammed. We did not bring our vehicle in because of a sweet smell. We did not bring our vehicle in for a new radiator. We brought our vehicle in because of a burning plastic smell. The manager himself witnesses the melted plastic on our rear exhaust and takes photos. I think it's clear that what we brought our vehicle in for, is not what Crowfoot service decided to repair for us. We left there feeling betrayed over the injustice that was done to us. We were showed photos of the plastic melted on the bottom of our exhaust system. This verifies the exact reason that we brought our vehicle into Crowfoot Dodge for service. Now I want Crowfoot Dodge do the right thing, and charge us only for the hour it took to scrape the melted plastic off our exhaust system. We were billed $1517.50 in total. They offered to credit us $459.87 for the labour on the replaced radiator, as the smell of burnt plastic was not addressed properly. We appreciate that gesture, but I think Crowfoot service should take full responsibility for all of this. It should not still cost us $1057.63 because your service technician incorrectly stating that our vehicle smells "kinda sweet", causing repairs and a huge invoice to us, for something we didn't come in for.
