The first 2 times did not go smoothly due to mishandlings from a newer Service Consultant. Nonetheless, their management team is exceptional in identifying areas of improvement and be able to deliver precise execution. My 3rd visit was smooth; all my concerns were taken care of, and overall exceeded my expectations. For the 2 times I was at the dealership waiting to pick up my car, I noticed they always back-in the cars to the parking spots so customers picking up their cars can just drive away. They always use proper seat cover when they enter customer’s car so the seat wouldn’t get soiled, and they have free wi-fi so I can check a few things online while waiting. Little things count for good customer service. Recommended. More

Conrad helped me out immensely in narrowing down my choices for my first brand new car. Anybody can sell cars, but Conrad and his fellow salesman Vinny are very passionate about the product that they choices for my first brand new car. This in turn gives the customer leaving any interaction with these two guys very informed and in a better position to make an important decision about what they are going to be behind the wheel of for at least four years. I was very confident with my purchase after Conrad was very patient with me in narrowing down my needs and wants to a single vehicle. He also made sure Vinny would help me out if I had any questions on his day off. Was my best car buying experience ever (this is over 40 years!). Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. And we liked that there was no pressure tactics used.
