One afternoon out of curiosity, I wandered into Courtesy and was directed to Kenny Haynes. Kenny surprised me with the number of questions he asked about my wants and needs. No pressure at all; then he proceeded to flash some very good prices at me. I bought the car and decided to try their service as well. That was about 25 years and 10 cars ago. I discovered the hidden value of up-to-date info on maintenance reminders and recall fixes not normally seen. It wasn't long before I was being greeted by my first name from a few in the service department. And not just a fly-by but a short chat about why I was there today or how is the family or how did that vacation go.
