Peter has worked with me for about 2.5 years now, and has been around to answer any questions that I might have.He saw me into a Ford Focus previous to the vehicle that I have now, which is a Ford Escape. Peter has always had my best interests in mind and is easy to talk to. He worked with Courtesy to get me a good deal on a vehicle that I would be proud of, and both came through. Peter knows his stuff! My eventual goal is to get into a truck, and I hope that Peter can be the sales person to make that happen. I have also dealt with Matt Armstrong, and he has been friendly and helped me out with questions that I have had and has been a big help with selecting options for my Escape that I am putting in after the purchase. It is a shame that there is only a rating of five stars, there should be a bonus star to make the rating 6/5. But never the less, great experience! More

One afternoon out of curiosity, I wandered into Courtesy and was directed to Kenny Haynes. Kenny surprised me with the number of questions he asked about my wants and needs. No pressure at all; then he proceeded to flash some very good prices at me. I bought the car and decided to try their service as well. That was about 25 years and 10 cars ago. I discovered the hidden value of up-to-date info on maintenance reminders and recall fixes not normally seen. It wasn't long before I was being greeted by my first name from a few in the service department. And not just a fly-by but a short chat about why I was there today or how is the family or how did that vacation go. The company name COURTESY, is truly their brand and shows right from the grass roots of this business. Shane and Will have been long-time trusted consultants in my auto concerns. Good service A year ago I purchased a Ford Explorer and the process was seamless and painless (can't say that about all vehicle purchases over the years). Notable A year ago I purchased a Ford Explorer and the process was seamless and painless (can't say that about all vehicle purchases over the years). Notable was that at the time of my purchase, the dealership was offering free winter tires with the purchase of the vehicle. Upon putting on the tires and driving in the winter I noted one tire had a manufacturing flaw and thus was leaking. I contacted my salesman (Bryan Williams) who expediently arranged for me to bring in the tire to the dealership and it was repaired with no hassle, questions or extra fees. I appreciate a dealership that stands behind the products they sell. In my experience also the staff at the dealership I interacted with from Mr. Williams to those in the service center, were courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. That is always appreciated and I would definitely buy a future vehicle from this dealership. Great no hassle experience. More
