I feel that we were given a fair price for our trade-in as well as the price for the used vehicles we bought. The only problem that we encountered on our last purchase, was when we went to pick it up it hadn't really been detailed very well. We mentioned it to the office manager Adel and he had it taken care of right away. While we were waiting for it to be done both the Lincoln Sales Manager, Meghan Eansor and the General Service Manager Will Taylor came to apologize to us, which was greatly appreciated. When we did get the car it was perfect. We always have our car serviced at Courtsey and it's always a good experience. We've mostly dealt with Scott Lombardi and Alex Tapia, both are great to deal with. Overall, Courtsey Ford Lincoln is an excellent dealership and we would recommend them to anybody looking for great staff and service. More
