BEST DEALERSHIP I was in the market for a new car. After visiting 2 other Nissan dealerships and 2 other Honda dealerships, I was finally able to get guided in the ri I was in the market for a new car. After visiting 2 other Nissan dealerships and 2 other Honda dealerships, I was finally able to get guided in the right direction at Country Hills Toyota. The whole team was very upbeat and helpful from the minute I walked into the showroom, specially ISAAC BITTU my product advisor. He helped me by reducing the price as well gave me remote starter and all those things that was required.This was my first time getting a new car and a very big moment for me, so all these little things mattered. He understood and were very accommodating to this. He explained absolutely everything to me in my buying process while being mindful of my very busy schedule. Horrible Service Centre and Management Horrible experience. Awful. Completely ripped off. I recently bought a used vehicle in March a Pontiac Vibe exact same engine as the Toyota Matrix. Lo Horrible experience. Awful. Completely ripped off. I recently bought a used vehicle in March a Pontiac Vibe exact same engine as the Toyota Matrix. Low mileage, great condition & took it in for an 55 point inspection & oil change. First when I arrived they didn't have my online appointment in their system when I had even received an email confirmation. I paid for the inspection & oil change. I took it back again the next day as they said I had a axel seal leak on the driver's side. This job cost me $275. They claimed the job had been done & fixed. They claimed the transmission fluid was topped up. I just took my vehicle in to another Toyota dealership where the exact same issue was discovered. Had I not taken my vehicle to another dealership this error of a job not done correctly or even at all, would not have been discovered. This could have caused long term damage. This has now lead to added costs to me. The seal they said they replaced is less than $20 I paid $275 over 90% "labour" for a job incompetently done. If done at all. When something isn't done a person should be entitled to a refund or since I'm paying another dealership to actually fix my car & fix their screwup they should be at a minimum offering to cover that cost. They didn't. Now I'm out $275 for a job that was not correctly done, if done at all. They tried to ask me to bring my vehicle back in to a place where a job wasn't even competently done in the first place. I said this was not a solution to rectify the issue as I did not hold confidence in their staff or work done. I said I did not feel comfortable with this at all. They have offered nothing else. Again at a minimum they should cover the cost at the other Toyota dealership for fixing their screwup! Nothing. I'm livid. I'm disappointed. I don't feel adequate steps were taken to resolve this issue. Don't go here. Pick a different Toyota dealership. Otherwise you may get ripped off for an incompetent job! More

Starting with Tower Chrysler and finally ending up at Country Hills Toyota and it was like a breath of fresh air. I used to sell Volkswagen at a dealership in Victoria, which was an abusive experience. Most car sales people are con artists looking for their next mark. So, at Country Hills it has been the exact opposite. They did everything their ads claim: fill my needs with reasonable prices and getting me financed. I have been treated with respect and in no way high pressured. The financing people suggested an alternate vehicle which better suited my needs and lowered my payment and the car was newer with fewer kms. I mean that's as good as it gets folks. The sales rep was very considerate. Excellent job all around. Very professional. More

He asked me to get my credit check which I did I gave him my IDs later he asked me to put some deposit on the vechile. I told him that I am not sure if I wanted to buy it for sure or not. He said don't worry if u don't wanted to go ahead we will give u your money back the sameday I found a better deal at other toyota dealership and I called sales rep that I don't want to go ahead he said no problem my refund will be ready in a week. So I was at this dealership this eve and the sales rep I was dealing with he is gone to India without letting anyone know about my case. So I called their sales Manager he was first so rude and he said he won't refund my money at anycost . He said why I was gone at someother dealership because I was gone to look for better deal he said I lost my deposit. I told him I am buying the same car from other Toyota deller. I asked them at the time deposit so many times that if it is refundable or not and they said yes sir don't worry. These guys giving me so hard time .. A part of it they refuse to give me my documents back. Please guys if u planning to buy a car think before you go to this dealership. I love Toyota but I guess management at this location is worst. At the last I told this guy that I will go online and I will write the review and he is like sure no problem at all.. Management here at country hill Toyota is making Toyota down... More
