I had been struggling for the past one month to get a warranty work completed on my Toyota Highlander. I had called service department for almost 15 times, went to the shop and talked to service represen warranty work completed on my Toyota Highlander. After a month I decided to post this message for the general public not to give them five star because of lavish 5star waiting room but to be honest when it comes to giving them 5 star review. They have tried to withdraw your money by any means even if your car has an issue or not. Still used their maintenance service until I recognized a problem from them. Your car will never be perfect when bringing it to them. They will draw that you have to do this or do that and the bill will go up. Sometimes, you may meet a rude staff that my wife and I used to. It looks like they do not need customers. I do not recommend people use their service. Good luck. They may also treat you when you go to their shop, and select a fancy car (I mentioned about options on the car). You deal with a staff, book an appointment back to get a car. If you do not take a pic or write them down. You may receive a cheaper car that they change all the options you saw before. The price of them is around 3k. It is my wife’s story. More

I tried to contact him over the phone on 29 July, I left my cell phone number and on 30 July, left a message with the receptionist, still Brian did not find time to call back. So, basically, they do not care and his response to my review was just a formality and they do not care at all. I am fine with that. Just wanted to let everybody know. They are nice as long as you keep spending money, the moment you start asking questions, you are no more a good customer. Thank you. More
The salesmen are sleazy, the service personal are disrespectful. You book an appointment and have to wait like 2 hrs to get your vehicle in. It was mid of the Apri license of the COUNTRY HILL TOYOTA Am very frustrated to writing this review about country hills Toyota’s nonsense mechanic? It was mid of the April I visited the dealership for my car. My Car had a sound at left front tire. Your mechanic diagnosed to change the Barings of the Care, and he did and I pay for that. Unfortunately sound never ended. I called the mechanic and he said come again. I went there and he said baring is ok you can change the TIREs of the car. I didn’t change the tire went to another mechanic to confirm that sound is from tire or something else is going on. My mechanic changed the tire for a time and he said sound is not from the tire. What the mechanic diagnose (new mechanic), he said COUNTRY HILLS TOYOTA did not change the Barings but snatched money from you or if they change they does not know how to change the Barings of the car they are stupid and nonsense just gold diggers. I called the Toyota once again and tell them the story what the private mechanic said. Toyota call me again to confirm!!! They changed the tire to confirm and they confirm that nothing is wrong with the tire. Toyota lies with me 3 times. Meanwhile I spend more than $1000 overall on Barings and taxi. But the nonsense Toyota Country hills never solve my problem. Last time I gave them car to look on 1st of the July, they handover to me today at July 8th and sound is still coming from the car. I am sure they never change the Barings of the car, they are liar and money snatcher. I am not sure how government of Alberta gave them money making license to snatch money from Albertan. My two vehicles are serviced at Country Hills Toyota. Three times in a row, when I pick up my vehicle after regular maintenance services, it comes back with a new problem that never existed. When I mentioned it to the service manager, he offered to get my vehicle inspected for a charge. When I refused to pay as that problem was not there when I dropped my vehicle for service, he simply refused to get it inspected free of charge despite the fact that I have been a customer for more than a decade. It sounded to me he did not care at all. I am not going back to this dealership and will take my business elsewhere. More

I ordered a Toyota car 12 months ago with $1k deposit. Last week they told me my car arrived. The finance manager also told me so I asked is it the same price as online Toyota website and he said assumes Last week they told me my car arrived. I asked the sales and he told me price is $43,800 plus tax and I noticed price in the website is $41,300. I messaged sales and was told the price was determined by manager. I questioned him when I order the car last year was told the market price. I asked what was the market price and his explanation was every year the car price increase slightly. Which is understandable. But today he says unfortunately, that is the price which is $2500 more than the website.I told him he was misleading as it won’t make sense I have been waiting 12 months and still pay $2500 more. They don’t care and have no moral and says if I dont accept that price they would love to refund the deposit and sell to other cx. I checked with another Toyota sales in Calgary and she confirmed if I have been waiting for that long and shouldn’t pay extra to get my order. The dealership and the sales are cheating customers. I told them if you told me waiting period is 12-18 months and after waiting that long, customers need to pay $2500 more to get the car, no stupid customer would order from you and gave deposit. They keep saying it is the market, nothing to do with them. So who is going to protect customer’s right. I do have friends who just moved to Calgary paid $2500 more and only wait for 2 weeks . That make sense but I have been waiting for 12 months and still need to pay $2500 more? Sales has no integrity! I shared it with my friends and they told me to share my experience in social medium and consult with lawyer to see if I can protect customer’s right. I will try to reach out to Toyota and file a complaint and I will see how to protect my right. I am sharing my experience so please make sure when you give a deposit ask them if they are going to add additional price than website . I feel they are cheating cx and I don’t know if this is Toyota the big brand allow them to do so. More
