When I visited the location for a test drive, and to further discuss price, leasing, financing, warranty, etc., Ricardo was very knowledgeable and able to patiently answer all of my questions. There was zero pressure during the whole sale process. Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and genuine, including Ryan Kerr, who took the time to come by and introduce himself and offer whatever support was required.
