Veh delivered on time My veh was delivered on time however; it’s been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting on my spare key. Big city dealership with small town personal service Our new truck purchase was made very easy with the help of Mattew Hall. Everything went very smoothly and we are now enjoying our special edition Toro Our new truck purchase was made very easy with the help of Mattew Hall. Everything went very smoothly and we are now enjoying our special edition Toronto Maple Leaf truck. The only issue we had, was the linking of the Sirrius radio. With Colony Fords help they brought in a rep from Sirrius (Andrea) and she had the issue resolved before we had left the lot without waiting. Mike Heberle!!! Mike Heberle is the best car salesman ever! I'm the most nervous and anxious person alive. Ive never made a large purchase in my life and was literall Mike Heberle is the best car salesman ever! I'm the most nervous and anxious person alive. Ive never made a large purchase in my life and was literally going to pass out in his office. Mike offered me tons of water and ALOT of breaks throughout the process.. He took me out to test drive numerous vehicles and made me laugh the whole time. He even answered the phone in bed at 9:00 am on a Sunday to talk me through everything for the 3rd time!! (please dont call him on sundays at 9:00 am lol) After everything was set and I had harassed him for days, Mike delivered my car to me an hour and a half out of his way and took the time to show me how everything worked. He is Amazing! I would also like to thank Michael Panetta for distracting me with his very talented son on Instagram awaiting my finance approval. I never would have got through this without the two of you!!! Thanks so much!!! More
