Pat took us through the options and we selected our new car. Arrived on pick up day and our car was washed and waiting for us. Tracey went over all the bells and whistles and we were on our way. New car purchase and Service I purchased a Hyundai else where closer to home. The day I bought my car my wife also bought a Sonata. I had a major problem with my car , the origina I purchased a Hyundai else where closer to home. The day I bought my car my wife also bought a Sonata. I had a major problem with my car , the original dealer did not help me with, I came to Claring ton Hyundai. Once here Steve got my problem fixed and it was under warranty. The other dealer half fixed the problem and charged me. While in getting a service done in the fall I was out looking at the cars in the show room and yes, I bought a 2016 Elantra. My sales rep "Ken Pauze" worked with me to get the vehicle that fit my needs and my wants. One day I started to feel bad, it was a cold day and he was out there with me with different cars, both looking and road testing. I know it's his job to sell vehicles but he went out of his way to help me, and for that Ken I Thank You. It might be a drive to get my vehicle serviced but, I will be going back for all service. The sales reps are all friendly and the service department including the mechanics are a great bunch of people. This is a neighbor hood dealer that treats you like you want to be treated.
