The car was pre-owned by a Charlesglen employee (hi Jim!) who was even kind enough to give me his wheels and tires without any extra charge (Jim had upgraded the tires and wheels on the car; he gave me the original set as well as the upgrades, which saved me a thousand dollars or so). He set us up for a test drive and w When Sean Nixon approached us in the show room he was friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had. He set us up for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the Rav4 Hybrid we were testing. I had done a fair bit of research so I knew what to expect from the vehicle, Sean did a great job of simply letting the vehicle speak for itself by displaying what it could do. When it came time to move ahead he was very clear in explaining all the options and what the prices would be for them. It made it very easy to decide which extras and warranties to accept or decline and he did not pressure us in the least in order to increase the sales. We really appreciated the candid manner in which he conducts himself. When we picked the Rav4 up, Mark Peters spent about an hour with us going through the operational features of the vehicle. Taking the time to set up our bluetooth connected phones during a very detailed tutorial was very much appreciated. Wes Simpson and Phil Dao split duties in setting up the finance. They took care of everything including insurance and registration and procuring a new plate for us. All we had to do was show up and sign when once we had agreed to the pricing/payments. More

I initially setup a test drive online and the process was easy to do thanks to Jonathan. So, we went the into the dealership really just wanting to test drive the 2017 Tacoma. After being there for almost 2 hours looking, driving, and talking about the truck we wanted to know the financials and how it would impact our budget. While Lorne was really friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, we wanted to take a break and go for lunch...that is when Lorne dropped the a guilt trip on us about how he makes a living. This was a momentary hiccup in the relationship, where we felt more like his commission than him trying to continue the excellent customer service with which he started. We returned from lunch and his tone again turned friendly. At the end of the day, Lorne got us everything we wanted and I believe he did provide some valuable insight into the negotiation as well as services and products. Thank you all and I look forward to my new truck! More
