Charlesglen Toyota

I brought my RAV4 to Charlesglen Toyota this morning for a driveline fluid exchange. When I originally called to make the appointment, I was given a quote for the service. However, when I arrived and checked in with Micky, I was shocked to be quoted almost double the price I had originally been given over the phone. When I questioned the significant price difference, instead of explaining or addressing my concern, Micky immediately got my keys like he expected me to just leave. I found the way the situation was handled extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than proceed with Charlesglen Toyota, I left and went to Country Hills Toyota, where I had the same service completed for approximately half of what Micky was going to charge me. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Charlesglen Toyota. It certainly makes me question how pricing is being handled in their service department. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Charlesglen Toyota for future service. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a Toyota dealership. Good job, Micky. More
