We were introduced to Product Advisor- Dealer Rated Certified employee, Sean Nixon. Now we are Senior's with a limited budget but received nothing but First Class Service, from start to finish. We first chose a 2013 RAV4 but after a couple of days decided it didn't quite fit our needs. Without hesitation, they took it back and we settled on a 2103 Venza ( that looked like it just left the Showroom floor) Could not be happier with this vehicle and the way we were treated. More

Went and looked at 2 in 2 different Dodge dealers and the first one I decided against, the second one was so pushy, had me sat down, doing the paperwork within 3 mins of showing me a car so I made my excuses and left. The next one was at Charles Glen Toyota. I went inside, met Tyler and asked to see the car I was interested in. Had a look, went for a drive and decided to buy. Tyler explained everything I asked and got various people to come and explain the process of buying a car there. This is very different and easy compared to some of the usual B.S you get fed at some other dealerships. The only one downside to this dealer and virtually every dealer is the constant promoting of the 'Extended Warranty.' of which frankly, when you read the fine print and the reviews for it, isn't worth the paper it's written on. More

Sean was there with help when I asked for it but otherwise he didn't give me a "sell job" or otherwise get in my face. I got the same (good) treatment from Kerri in the business office. When my mechanic reviewed the inspection report they gave me for the used car I was looking at we found a totally accurate report - no skipping over flaws. All in all I felt that I was able to trust these folks and that I would get a quality vehicle with no regrets nor unpleasant surprises. I would not hesitate to go back when I need another vehicle and to recommend them to friends. More
