Amazing Experience I recently bought a Sequoia for my wife, we looked at so many different dealerships and so many SUVs, we eventually went to Charlesglhen Toyota. The sales person was a Lady called Hala, I think thats how you spell her name. she was really helpful without all the pushiness you normally get when you walk into a car showroom. she let us take our time and did not call every day to see if we had made up our mind and that if we did not buy there we would not get a better deal anywhere else. It was just a really good experience. Once we took the plunge and bought the car, we met Wesley Simpson in finance, again what a fantastic and seamless transaction. Wess sorted everything out very professionally, he made sure that we were very comfortable with what we were doing and went through everything very clearly. When Delivery was ready, we met Mark, another really good guy who knew his stuff. He spent an hour explaining to my wife all about the car and not to hesitate to call if she had any problems or needed him to explain things again. we have bought many new vehicles in numerous countries and I can honestly say that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences we have had from start to finish. this may sound like I work for Toyota, (I don't of course) but I would really recommend Charlesglhen Toyota as your first choice before you look anywhere else when thinking of buying a new car.
