Perfect experience I had been looking for a car for a week and everywhere I went they wanted me to adapt to their terms for the car instead of hearing my requests and ge I had been looking for a car for a week and everywhere I went they wanted me to adapt to their terms for the car instead of hearing my requests and getting something I could get. I got into Charlesglen Toyota just before close time. Right after I entered the door Hala Said greeted me and right away she asked what was I looking for, I told her my budget and that I was looking for a specific car but for something that I could manage price wise. She pointed me to the different options I could get for my budget I asked for some quotes for the cars, she got them right away. She even ran to get me a test drive even after closing time. I had a really good experience all the way from sales to service. Overall I can say I felt heard, I felt that they were getting me what I wanted not the other way around, and also I felt safe and comfortable to take the decision to buy. More

I did however, find out that my insurance company did leave Kyle a voicemail and he did not call them back with the Lien holder information, which is why my insurance was not switched over. However, I should have been called by the insurance broker to indicate her not being able to get that information so that I could have called to get it fixed. Instead, I was in Calgary with no equinox, couldn't drive my CHR off the lot and had to get my credit pulled by TD insurance so I can have an emergency policy set up so I can leave. I gave Marsh Canada crap for not having ONE person available to talk to after 5. But other than that, I'm loving it. Beautiful little car, excellent friendly service. It's people like you who make people enjoy coming back for more. Mistakes happen, and we are all human. If mistakes were not made, nobody would learn. I will always enjoy coming in and can see how great of an atmosphere it is. Thank you for making this a good easy experience and make things work for me. More

The sales team worked collaboratively and I never felt as though I was getting the stereotypical 'car-sales man' pitch that was apparent at some of the nearby dealerships. My sales rep listened to my questions and concerns and made sure that I was getting the best vehicle to suit my needs, not just any vehicle on the lot. He was well researched into the cars I test drove, even when they weren't Toyota's. Finally, since this was my first vehicle purchase I brought my father with me, and when I asked questions, other dealerships would look at him to answer, Paul, the sales rep, acknowledged that this was my purchase and always spoke directly to me. I found this very comforting. Overall, Charlesglen made this experience joyful and easy, they ensured that I was well taken care of and excited about my first major purchase. More

Family experience Me and my family finally were able to purchase a new vehicle (our first new) , we been saving for a long time and after visiting many dealers we ended Me and my family finally were able to purchase a new vehicle (our first new) , we been saving for a long time and after visiting many dealers we ended up at Charlesglen where we meet Jonathan our Product Advisor who gave us the VIP treatment helps us search the vehicle that fitted our budget, and meet our needs since we have a little boy, he took the time to show us several vehicles before we decided that the RAV4 was our meant to be car. Guide us on what we needed until the right match was made, that's very valuable for us. Then we meet Kyle, it was like talking to a friend , usually finance people are serious straitgh to the business and numbers here and there. Kyle was the opposite took the time to explain step by step, Even understood that when you shop for a vehicle with your baby sometimes just signing a paper turns into a difficult task, and last but not least Mark, his charisma suppersided all expectations , this getleman is in the right business , took the time to explained every single detail on our new car, with a parience that no one shows this days, answered all our questions even the silly ones , and helped us get on the road driving confidents about our new vehicle. We thank every single person we meet at Charlesglen, from Hala who helped us with our son when he was getting upset to the rest of the Charlesglen Family. She was able to answer most questions I asked and went to find others who would have the information I required when she was unsure of an answer to one of my questions. Secondary services were reasonably priced although not the best price I found. The dealership matched the posted prices found at other service providers in the Calgary area. Delivery was well handled with the exception of a missed application of 3M protective film. The required 3M product was applied in about an hour after the deficit was pointed out to the delivery specialist. Overall quite pleased with the purchase experience including working with their financial people. More

Paul, the kind senior sales fellow who continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process... Tyler M., who put up with our Stoney Trail test drive :D and endless questions ...Wes and Phil in Finance who allowed me to change my mind many times on the extended warranty... Carrie who put up with my 10 (literally) calls from the registry to get the plate :D..... and of course JIM who *made my day* with the most awesome, funny and clever car pickup EVER. (I'm bringing brownies back, really. And more cat jokes.) I look forward to coming back to say hi regularly when I come in for service.
