I was shocked by the treatment I received at Charlesglen Toyota dealership. I brought my Sienna in for service and was recommended to flush the transmission oil, which I agreed to. However, a week later, I Toyota dealership. I brought my Sienna in for service and was recommended to flush the transmission oil, which I agreed to. However, a week later, I noticed a strange sound coming from the engine. Upon returning to the dealership, I was told that the transmission was broken and given a quote of around 12k for repairs. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I received very delayed responses and was ultimately told that it wasn't their responsibility since I had driven the car out of the shop without any apparent issues. I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability displayed by this dealership. More

When I asked the person in charge of finance why Charlesglen Toyota keeps copies of customers’ drivers licenses in their files, I did not get a very satisfactory answer. I asked for my copy back. S Charlesglen Toyota keeps copies of customers’ drivers licenses in their files, I did not get a very satisfactory answer. I asked for my copy back. She would not give it back. Why? I was paying cash for a car. She does not need my drivers license for anything. So I’m waiting to get it back. Otherwise the dealership is excellent. More
