I have had so many awful experiences with people at car dealerships and was so relieved with all dealings with Paul. He is not at all pushy, very straightforward and ready to try and make things work in your favour. I didn't end up purchasing the Rav4, but called to see if they would still be willing to buy my car off of me as they had offered me almost double what another dealership did. In the end they did buy my car off of me for a great price, I was so happy. I would highly recommend Charlesglen and Paul to anyone in the market for a Toyota; it was truly the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a car dealership. More
