A very nice experience buying my truck from Charlesglen. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them. Tried to purchase new vehicle and submitted all required documents. Poor communication from Anne and Finance team. They dont update you right away after processing. Took me a week to reach them and found ou documents. Poor communication from Anne and Finance team. They dont update you right away after processing.
