The service at this dealership is dreadful - they are rough on vehicles and appear to assume that some of their customers are not very intelligent. The first time that I took my vehicle in for service, rough on vehicles and appear to assume that some of their customers are not very intelligent. The first time that I took my vehicle in for service, it came back without the protective cap that was on the plug for the block heater. The strange thing was that they were working at the back of the vehicle and I was not sure how the cap fell off particularly since it had been securely attached to the front grill with a tie. The next time that they worked on vehicle, they replaced a couple of heat shields. I took the vehicle home parked it and later that afternoon while driving, the check engine light came on as well as a check vehicle stability control warning message. The vehicle was taken back to the dealership where they stated that it need a new right rear sensor. I was advised to replace the left rear sensor as well. $1,100 later and while the vehicle was still at Charlesglen Toyota, I was called and told that an air-fuel ratio sensor needed to be replaced as the warning lights had not cleared!! Could this not have been diagnosed when it was first taken into the dealership for diagnosis? It appears to me as if every time the vehicle is taken to this service centre, another problem is discovered. There were very little issues with the vehicle before I started taking it to this dealership. I have had enough of them and will not be returning. More
