I had a very disappointing experience with Charlesglen Toyota dealership in Calgary. As a first-time car buyer, I trusted them to provide fair pricing and honest advice. Unfortunately, I was sold a car si Toyota dealership in Calgary. As a first-time car buyer, I trusted them to provide fair pricing and honest advice. Unfortunately, I was sold a car significantly overpriced compared to the market value. I was assured that the dealership would buy back the vehicle at a favorable price if I decided to sell it in the future. However, when I returned after eight months to sell the car, they initially offered one price but later changed their stance. To make matters worse, they ultimately refused to take the car altogether on the same day. The sales team and managers displayed an unprofessional and hostile attitude throughout the process. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to honor their word was both frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, their prices are noticeably higher than other dealerships in the area. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you’re looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused experience. More

Fast delivery of the car and not pushed or pressured on any extras. Great experience. Just two things. Thought the front bumper was included in the silver package but that's my fault for not triple checkin any extras. Great experience. Just two things. Before coming to Charlesglen Toyota, even if we had made a deposit with another dealer, we constantly felt no idea in terms of when, how, and what kind of vehicle color we are going to have for our new made a deposit with another dealer, we constantly felt no idea in terms of when, how, and what kind of vehicle color we are going to have for our new RAV4 XLE. Until one month ago, we met Val Parsons, a Product Advisor, with great personalities and profound professional experiences. Val treats us with kindness, honesty and respect, she responded to our inquiries without any delay. We feel so lucky to have her to be our advisor. Things went faster after our first met, less than two months later we received a call from Val, our booked vehicle was arriving, and a few days later we got our new car. So if anyone wants to get a new vehicle and avoid frustrations, come to meet Val Parsons, because she is one of the best! More
