After having some sour experiences with car salesman and dealerships in the past, I would say that dealing with Omid and Charlesglen gave me a better and different approach/experience when buying a car. Waited a year and had to cancel the order for my Highlander-Hybrid at MRSP. While waiting, reserved a 2nd small SUV at MRSP, the Rav4-Gas, that never came, no update were given, at the time No bil Highlander-Hybrid at MRSP. While waiting, reserved a 2nd small SUV at MRSP, the Rav4-Gas, that never came, no update were given, at the time No bill of sale was provided so not even sure if this was reserved. These guys taking advantage of supply and demand. If your willing to spend an extra 10k then you don't have to wait for a vehicle, they will find one for you or all of a sudden a cancelled order will show up. For a year, no communication or updates. They will sell you somebody else's cancelled order BUT the stipulation is YOU MUST TRADE a vehicle. Without even looking at the condition of the vehicle, they offered $1200 but on marketplace I sold it for $5500. I said I don't want to TRADE, then they said we are not selling the vehicle (somebody's cancelled rav4 trail) to you. No transparency and waisted a year on wait-list then went to Ford to urgently get a vehicle and had to pay a premium because the prices had gone up since reserving the Highlander. I Will not recommend this dealer. One MUST be ready to either finance, get accessories, trade-in and/or pay more then MRSP OR reserve a vehicle at MRSP that might not show up because they want to sell you more profitable vehicles. First and last time I will deal with this dealer or Toyota Canada. MRSP is Manufacture Retail Sale Price but FORCING a customer to TRADE-IN a vehicle to GET a brand new vehicle (someone's cancelled order) and LOOSE $ on trade-in is in a way adding to the MRSP. It does not matter if this is not allocated on bill of sale under MRSP. More
