Smoke and mirrors. Salesman will say anything to make the sale and then back out on their word at time of sale. Sold me a vehicle that failed to meet a proper inspectio Salesman will say anything to make the sale and then back out on their word at time of sale. Sold me a vehicle that failed to meet a proper inspection and from there it was nothing but an absolute nightmare trying to rectify. Alot of 'misunderstandings' on blatant statements. Incompetence on many levels. Only person we dealt with that did not give us a run around was Rick with the finance department. Will not be dealing with this dealership for anything in the future.
