This is the third vehicle I have bought from Charlesglen. First, I find their service staff to be excellent. They answer questions honestly and don't try to push repairs before they are necessary. They will let you know what work they feel should be done in the coming year so you can plan for it. Second, I have bought both a pre owned vehicle and a new vehicle from Kim McMurdo. He is very knowledgeable and can quickly compare different cars, options, and gas mileage with the software he has available to him. Once again honesty is very apparent in discussions. He manages expectations and there are no surprises. Picking up the car was a celebration with Jim McAlorum. He was thorough and yet created a great memory of the occasion. I love the new sales/service center with the customer lounge area restaurant and easy access. All staff are pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend Charlesglen as a dealership for both sales and service. More

Really surprised with this visit because my experience with Heninger toyota center was really bad and was not expecting anything from toyota service centers anymore. But this center is really good. I must say, whole credit goes to manager who is managing everything so well then all employees who are taking care of customers so well & nicely. My service agent is Corey Bergman, I really appreciate his support. He took time to answer my questions, in fact provided me some useful tips/info as well. We are so pleased with our new purchase from Charlesglen. Attila, Joeferson and James promptly contacted us regarding our inquiry about the Rav4. They set up a time for us to see the vehicle which was clean, Attila, Joeferson and James promptly contacted us regarding our inquiry about the Rav4. They set up a time for us to see the vehicle which was clean, warm and ready to drive. We were introduced to Vira who took us for a test drive. She was pleasant and informative and answered our questions with a personal touch. We were able to negotiate a fair price with a few extra options to the original offer. Kyle professionally and respectfully explained our financing and warranty options and scheduled the pick up. Jim was extremely friendly and helpful ensuring we were familiar with the entire vehicle (bumper to bumper). Kyle completed the paperwork, walked us over to the parts department to locate the rack key and stayed with us until the process was complete. Everyone we encountered on our car purchasing journey was professional, friendly, and personable which made the experience exceptional. Thank you Attila, Joeferson, James, Vira, Kyle and Jim. A 1 hours service on the phone became a 2+ hours when I dropped the car because some miscommunication in their system. Then it took one hour for the shuttle to be available to drop me off. 15 minutes afte dropped the car because some miscommunication in their system. Then it took one hour for the shuttle to be available to drop me off. 15 minutes after the appointment time for the shuttle to pick me up I received a call that the shuttle would be another 15 min late, then I had my wife driving me to pick up the car as it was clear that I couldn't rely on the shuttle service. Then after receiving the car, I had one question. Was asked to drive back into the service bay. Result, a 1 minute question of value added took me 30 minutes of walking back and forth then waiting in line to get my car OUT of the service bay as the other cars were parked there waiting for service in single line. Reliability on the service was very low. I was very frustrated on how this messed up with my daily schedule. If only they had warned me that would be a 2-3 hours service as opposed to 1 hour service, I would work my plans around it. More
