After I had lunch, I took a look around the sales floor. That is where I met Juan. We got to talking and I was taking a look at the 2014 Scion tC, He was very knowledgeable on all the in's and out's of the car. We talked a little more and discussed a test drive perhaps the following Monday. I left the dealership, called my husband to come up and we would take the test drive right away. I called Juan and he said he would be there waiting. We had spent quiet a bit of time with him, not knowing at the time his shift was over quite a while ago. Of course he said nothing. I was impressed at his customer service skills. I told him I wanted the car. The paper work was done with the help of Ryan and Juan, that night! I had one catch, I wanted my new car RIGHT AWAY. And I pushed the team to get it done for me. They both said, "We will do our very best to get it done." There was only ONE white standard in western Canada! They were going to get for me. AWESOME! And they did. I had FANTASTIC experience at Charlesglen Toyota! They did everything they said they would do and MORE. But of course there is more, I came to pick up my car and your delivery coordinator Jim was delightful, funny and went through my new car with me and answered all my questions. It was time for a new car and decided my new car purchase was going to be an SUV. Having driven, inspected, and researched SUV after SUV, dealership after dealership including Acura, Chevrolet, Honda, was going to be an SUV. Having driven, inspected, and researched SUV after SUV, dealership after dealership including Acura, Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai and Ford, I fell in love with the 2013 Toyota Rav4 and liked the professionalism and attitude I experienced at Charlesglen Toyota Scion. And so comfortable in my research, convinced that Toyota is a well respected auto maker producing dependable reliable auto mobiles, I purchased a new 2013 Rav4 from Charlesglen Toyota Scion. It was love it at first sight. But wait. The check engine light was on! Not the new car experience I was expecting. I was feeling very disappointed. My father, a Toyota aficionado himself, had always warned me not to buy the new model of any car. “They haven't worked out the bugs yet” he would say. Not to worry, I was assured by the service team that first evening, we will fix the problem. The team at Charlesglen made a point of ensuring that I was always taken care of throughout the process. I did need to return several times so the mechanics could investigate and work on the problem. At each visit I was greeted by caring and knowledgeable individuals. I was provided with a rental vehicle on a number of occasions when the RAV needed to stay at the dealership for a few days. Charlesglen Toyota Scion worked tirelessly to fix the problem of my brand new Rav4. Parts were exchanged, replaced, taken out, put back in; even the gas tank was removed and replaced. A solution at last was found to replace the entire wiring harness in my brand new Rav4. I Love my new new Rav4 again. “Satisfisfaction guaranteed” from Charlesglen Toyota Scion? I think so! Footnote: My new new Rav4 runs very smooth, is very reliable and has really good fuel economy. More

We bought a 2013 Venza. Our salesperson, Harris, was outstanding! He was knowledgable about the product, answered all of our questions, did not pressure us, and presented options to better suit our need outstanding! Harris was professional and supportive, an extremely hard working excellent salesperson! In finance, Tyler (Finance Manager) identified options, listened to our needs, described various packages, and put together an options package that covered everything we thought important at a reasonable price. When we picked up our vehicle, Jim (Delivery Coordinator) combined humour and useful information that included the breaking in period, he paired our smartphones, demonstrated various ways to lock and unlock the vehicle (yes there was more than one!), identified important info such as the contact number for Toyota warranty, and highlighted key areas in the owners manual (e.g, meaning of various warning lights). We had previous experience with the service department which was always A+ an extremely important consideration when buying a vehicle! Now we experienced the sales department and can say that from start to finish it was an enjoyable buying experience! Thank you! More
I recently leased my fourth Matrix from Charlesglen. As in previous situations my Sales Advisor, James Calero was awesome. From the moment I enter this Dealership I feel welcomed and cared for. I had just come through a terrible car accident in which my Matrix of only 15 months was wrecked beyond repair. My previous 2009 Matrix was stolen within 15 months of purchase. I cannot express in words how impacted I was by the kindness, compassion and customer care I received from every member of the Sales Team. James as always took great care over and above my expectations to ensure I was able to replace my beloved Matrix with another one of the same S series and model and a 5 speed. James not only sold me on the (color) white car I didn't think I wanted he also convinced me to get behind the wheel and test drive the vehicle (in a quiet safe location), as my accident was still very fresh and I was feeling fragile and little hypervigilant. I then received the utmost care and treatment from the rest of their team of professionals, from Bonnie the Finance Manager, Ryan, Leasing Manager, Jim (Vehicle Delivery Advisor) and James Calero, my Salesman.
