Great car buying experience I have just moved to Calgary from overseas and was in the need of a car. Charlesglen was the fourth dealership in my search for a car and I was expecting to come away again disappointed. I came in and was introduced to Johnson Pandhare. Johnson was excellent at putting me at ease, and impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of the kia that i was interested in. The test drive was unrushed and he gave me all the time i needed to get comfortable and familiar with the car. There was never any pressure to try to "close the sale" and discussing the details of purchase was unstressful as I knew that I was making the right purchase at the right price. I particularly appreciated the level of customer service I received after committing to the sale. On pick up of the vehicle I was given a thorough introduction to the vehicle going through all the buttons and functions and all of my questions were answered. In addition, i received a complementary service to change the tires to the winter set. To me, this demonstrated that customer satisfaction as well as customer safety are core values to this dealership. I plan to continue to have my vehicle serviced by Charlesglen and this is the first place I would come for my next vehicle purchase. More

New Vehicle Purchase Our older Corolla was feeling it's age. Although it worked most excellently, there were a few aging issues where the repair cost could be better invested in a new vehicle with a new warranty. We chose to shop rather than repair. Edmund, whom we had consulted a few months prior, was most gracious, considerate and patient as we asked questions, considered options and made our selection. Kerri began the documentation for financing and Tyler (who sold us our original Corolla at Charlesglen) completed the finance transaction on the delivery date. Both were informative, efficient and friendly. One of the reasons we returned to Charlesglen was the relationship that Tyler established and maintained through the years, albeit our encounters were often brief. And Jim, in his friendly, pleasant manner, patiently answered a multitude of questions as he showed us the fine distinction of our new ride. Thanks to all. More
