He cordially took us to test drive the car which he had pulled it from the lot to the front to show his readiness, and as soon as we returned, he walked us through the car records in a very professional way. He answered each question with integrity and willingly offered to research what he did not have at hand. The presentation of information about the car and professional discussion created confidence in us that he was very honest, straightforward and pleasant to work with. Edmund provided financial options patiently and even willing to work with us through the steps and what we had in our budget. When we went to pick up the van, we were treated with a lot of respect and we fell that we were part of the company. Mark at the delivery room as well as the Used car manager provide us with an amazing customer experience.
