Shuttle Timings versus Service Timings I was picked up from my residence that is less than 10-minutes from the dealership at 2:15 p.m. My 2013 Tacoma was scheduled to be ready at 3:00 p.m. I was picked up from my residence that is less than 10-minutes from the dealership at 2:15 p.m. My 2013 Tacoma was scheduled to be ready at 3:00 p.m. (no problem). In the event, the truck was not ready until 3:45 p.m. So I wasted what proved to be nearly two hours on a very busy day. More

I recommend that you go a check out Charlesglen Toyota even if it is not close to your home. You will love the experience as soon as you walk in the door, you'll be greeted with a warm smile. They have a very comfortable seating area, while you await the shuttle service driver to take you back home when your car is in for servicing. Even if something is not covered by replacement, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I had an issue with my key and since I am driving all throughout Alberta, David Richardson thought about my safety first and replaced the key for me. I thanked him very much for his caring and consideration which he did not have to do. But did out of the kindness of his heart. I can now feel secure in my Venda for many years to come, thanks to the fabulous team at Charlesglen Toyota. Great Experience Recently my father visited me in Calgary and as we used to do when I was a child at home I decided to spend the afternoon going for a drive and checki Recently my father visited me in Calgary and as we used to do when I was a child at home I decided to spend the afternoon going for a drive and checking out car dealers. He had mentioned he wanted to see what a Toyota Tacoma was like so we went to Charlesglen and he got out and took a look at a truck inside the dealership where we were greeted at the door by reception and then by Mike a sales person. He was very polite and willing to help even though we mentioned we were just looking. He spent some time explaining about the truck and asked my dad if he wanted to go f. or a test drive and before long my father was picking a favorite color and trim levels and was talking finances. After explaining about the recent hail sale and deciding on a truck they offered my dad a great deal and had accessories installed and ready to go in no time so he could drive home. My only comment was the finance manager was very to the point and although fair I felt he could improve on his people skills but all in all it was a great experience and we were treated very well and got a great deal.
