Although it worked most excellently, there were a few aging issues where the repair cost could be better invested in a new vehicle with a new warranty. We chose to shop rather than repair. Edmund, whom we had consulted a few months prior, was most gracious, considerate and patient as we asked questions, considered options and made our selection. Kerri began the documentation for financing and Tyler (who sold us our original Corolla at Charlesglen) completed the finance transaction on the delivery date. Both were informative, efficient and friendly. One of the reasons we returned to Charlesglen was the relationship that Tyler established and maintained through the years, albeit our encounters were often brief. And Jim, in his friendly, pleasant manner, patiently answered a multitude of questions as he showed us the fine distinction of our new ride. Thanks to all. More

My husband and I however, decided to give it one more try. We came to Charlesglen just to look around but when Mike came to us and showed us the new RAV4 we were hooked. He was nice and really gave us time to appreciate the car. We had the longest test drive we ever had and it was great! My husband was not keen with my color choice and he knew that. He showed us the black rav4 and immediately my husband said YES. I appreciated that Mike accommodated both my husband and I. Alex, our finance manager, is just one of a kind. He really went his way to have us approved and it was fast! He is so approachable and easy to talk to. He would call and give us updates. He made us feel that we were making the right decision and he was with us along the way. And of course, the best part was picking up our car! Jim, is a sweetheart! Mark is the Best! It's easier to have a great experience when you're buying a new car, but it's another to have a great service experience time after time. When I initially came in for service with my son, William, Mark spoke to him and still asks about him years later (that's when I had my first Camry). He must meet a couple of hundred people every month, but he still remembers my son! Mark is always professional, and helpful. He really knows the vehicles, because when I ask questions, he always knows the answers and explains everything. More
