I came across Charlesglen Toyota after spotting a car i was interested in on I have just moved to Calgary from overseas and was in the need of a car. I came across Charlesglen Toyota after spotting a car i was interested in on autotrader. Charlesglen was the fourth dealership in my search for a car and I was expecting to come away again disappointed. I came in and was introduced to Johnson Pandhare. Johnson was excellent at putting me at ease, and impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of the kia that i was interested in. The test drive was unrushed and he gave me all the time i needed to get comfortable and familiar with the car. There was never any pressure to try to "close the sale" and discussing the details of purchase was unstressful as I knew that I was making the right purchase at the right price. I particularly appreciated the level of customer service I received after committing to the sale. On pick up of the vehicle I was given a thorough introduction to the vehicle going through all the buttons and functions and all of my questions were answered. In addition, i received a complementary service to change the tires to the winter set. To me, this demonstrated that customer satisfaction as well as customer safety are core values to this dealership. I plan to continue to have my vehicle serviced by Charlesglen and this is the first place I would come for my next vehicle purchase. More
