Outstanding sales experience. From the moment I walked into the show room, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, layout of the showroom and selection of vehicles. I was lucky enough to have Harris Kok help me as my sales person. Finding the right car for my budget and lifestyle was very important and Harris was extremely helpful in narrowing down the potential options and finally, the car that was best suited for me. Harris was very thorough, patient and genuine which meant a great deal to me. I knew throughout the process that he had my best interest at heart. He explained each aspect of the pre-owned vehicles I was looking at and went through each part of the background information they have on each pre-owed vehicle in detail, giving me a thorough education as well as peace of mind. Wil Cheng in the Financing department was wonderful to work with and really went the extra mile to help me find the financing I needed. The car I was trading in actually had negative equity and he did his best to find a lender that provided the best rate and right price to finance the pre-owned car I chose. In the end I am extremely happy with my purchase and a big part of that is the people that helped me. I will go out of my way to recommend Charlesglen Toyota to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle. More
