Review of Sales Experience Overall we enjoyed our purchase experience with Charles Glen Toyota. Our sales person, Mark Toews provided exceptional service. He was courteous, resp Overall we enjoyed our purchase experience with Charles Glen Toyota. Our sales person, Mark Toews provided exceptional service. He was courteous, respectful, informative and patient as he showed us the various car models for sale at your dealership. He then took the time to take us out on a test drive and chose a route that would demonstrate the car’s performance going up hills etc. He is a person who doesn’t just talk, but he recognizes the value in the product that he is selling and then informs, clarifies and explains so that the customer can fully appreciate the quality of the car. We would recommend Mark as a sales person for any dealership or product. Kerri Hope was our finance person and we found that she provided excellent service. She clearly explained the financing details and then did something beyond what she might be expected to do. Our insurance company sent the insurance documents in one of our names only. Since we had purchased the car as co-owners, Kerri took the time to contact us to let us know that only one of us was named as an insurer of the vehicle. This gave us a chance to contact the insurance agency and correct things before we picked up the car. We appreciated this a lot. On the other hand our experience when we picked up the car was less than satisfactory. We found it was very rushed. We were fortunate that our sales person, Mark, had taken the time to demonstrate things like the back up camera when we were in the process of buying the car. Other sales staff were also very positive and friendly even though they would not receive a commission. For example after we picked up the car and were waiting to see Kerri about the financing, we asked a sales person for help so that we could understand a few of the basic features of our car and he was happy to provide the information. It only took a few minutes, but we really appreciated his assistance. More

Outstanding service, every single visit I just had my winter tires switched out for my all season's and as always the service was excellent. Excellent Sales Staff -- April 16, 2015 We visited Charlesglen Toyota shopping for SUV, Mark Toews approached us as we walked inside the showroom. He was very friendly and professional. We visited Charlesglen Toyota shopping for SUV, Mark Toews approached us as we walked inside the showroom. He was very friendly and professional. He spend time talking to us and introduced the different model of the RAV4. During the test drive he also spend time explaining to us all the features of the RAV 4. He was very detailed and knowledgeable open and honest. It was a pleasure to deal with Mark Toews. When we finally decided to lease the Rav4 AWD XLE we met the financial staff Wil Cheng and Mark Peters the delivery coordinator, who went through our vehicle with us was awesome. Excellent customer service, I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More

I just picked up my 3rd vehicle today and I have to say the Phil went above and beyond to work out a fair deal to get me into my new Rav4. Start to finish it was no pressure and very comfortable (for a sales process). Phil took the time to understand me as a customer and made some very good suggestions to make sure I wasn't over or under sold options and packages. Really great experience! More
