Day of delivery my 2015 Corolla S My delivery was scheduled on the last day of the RED TAG day and we expected a long delivery process. It turned out to be very quick and efficient and My delivery was scheduled on the last day of the RED TAG day and we expected a long delivery process. It turned out to be very quick and efficient and the first person that we met after the reception was Jim McAlorum, the Delivery Coordinator. He explained waht were new to us and it took only 20 minutes together with some paper work and then he drove us up to the street level to meet the finance manager to finish with the lease documents, etc. Since this is not the first Toyota that we have owned but I would definitely come back to Charlesglen Toyota to purchase my next Toyota because of price and the excellent service level. A nice change Pleasantly surprised at the change from this Toyota Dealership from others in Calgary. All the people here didn't give me that "slimy" salesman vibe.
