As always a most friendly greeting from Mark McQueen, Senior Service Advisor. He gave me a detailed run-down on what was to be checked and/or replaced. No surprises at all when I returned at 4:00 p.m. to recover my 2013 Tacoma 4X4. Mark had adjusted a couple of the charges to reflect the true amount of time that the various checks, etc. had done for which I was very impressed and grateful. All in all an excellent experience and that means I will be returning when the next 5,000Km oil change is due. When you get treated cheerfully, professionally and fairly - why go anywhere else? More

As soon as we met Mike we knew we were in good hands. We did not feel intimidated nor did we feel like he only had his best interest in mind. He answered all our questions, was super honest and made us feel at ease. Next thing you know we were signing on the dotted line. The rest of the process went incredibly smooth; the financing with Tyler, picking new rims with Martin and going over every inch of the car with Jim. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and to the random people who are going to ask where we got our beautiful vehicle. More
