I wasn't going to buy until she told me all about their deal. Also Jim McAlorum, he explained everything about my new vehicle, very thoroughly. Alex Keong went thru the paperwork with me, so much of it. The service people are all very nice too. All in all a great experience. Great vehicle (2015 RAV4) as well. Now I just hope no-one bangs into it, like someone did to my other RAV4 that Charlesglen took as my trade-in. Great job people. More

Super Positive Experience Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Charlesglen Toyota Scion on the purchase of 3 vehicles; 2 f Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Charlesglen Toyota Scion on the purchase of 3 vehicles; 2 for ourselves, a RAV4 and a 4Runner, and one for a family member, a Yaris. This latest adventure began in Service with Dan Wilson who was kind enough to put us in contact with Mike Loritz in New Vehicle Sales. Mike spent quite a bit of time with us, talking about the 4Runner and the Sequoia, and taking us on test drives in both vehicles. When we returned, we had the opportunity to meet Tim Beach who talked to us about our trade in and answered some questions for us. We made our decision to purchase a 4Runner and we had the good fortune to work with Kerri Hope, who helped us with loads of questions, as well as paperwork in Financial Services. As well, we met Mark Peters for the delivery and orientation of our new 4Runner, and he helped us to figure out the new technology. All in all, our latest purchase has been a super positive experience from start to finish. Many thanks to all those folks who helped us in our adventure. More

Amazing When you get amazing service from 1 staff at a company you feel really good but when its from everyone you had to deal with its phenomenal. My journey When you get amazing service from 1 staff at a company you feel really good but when its from everyone you had to deal with its phenomenal. My journey started with Hala who patiently worked with me while I tried to make up my mind on an SUV for my wife who happened to be thousands of kilometres away & an 8hr time difference. I had to go back n forth constantly, I never felt under any pressure, it was obvious Hala had my best interest at heart & wanted to ensure we got what most suited our needs. Next stop was Tyler, when I eventually decided on what car to get, he went through all the added features available and worked within my budget, answering all my "dumb" questions, keeping me informed on the cars arrival and detailing each step. He even covered my taxi ride to the dealership & my first registration. Wow! Pickup day I met with Tim, quite a gentleman, he went through all the features of the car, answered all my questions patiently, and there were quite a lot (its my first toyota). I booked a follow up appointment to meet with a mechanic to go through the cars features n parts in-depth next week. (Had no idea thats' a service car dealerships offered; at least not at mercedes where i got my first car). I left the dealership feeling like a cousin in a big extended family. The car also rides as smooth as the amazing service I got at Charlesglen. Am loving it!! Cant wait to buy my next car from them or jus come around sooner n pretend to ?? More
