We were met by Tyler Medland who was extremely friendly and showed us the Prius C which we were thinking about buying. We did a test drive in one of the ones available that day and after deciding that it was the car we wanted, Tyler walked us through the paperwork. The General Manager ,Tim Beach came to meet us and congratulated us on our new purchase. All very friendly. Then we met Phil Dao , we went over the financing with him and other details. Since we chose the Electric Lime Metallic colour, we were informed that we would have to wait a few weeks for the car... No big problem , it turned out to be less than 4 weeks as we also had the seat changed from black leather to tan colour. When we came to pick up our car, we met again with Tyler who was is very cheerful self also with Phil Dao who after going over the final paperwork,put us with Dan Wilson the Service advisor who took us downstairs to see the car . It looked amazing , the colour was great and our tan leather seats were a great match with the outside Electric Lime Metallic colour . Dan took a picture for us and then explained the features of the car and hooked up our cell phone into the system . Dan was extremely helpful and it was greatly appreciated. Overall our experience was enjoyable and we have another great Toyota car in the family. Job very well done by all the people we met. More

Tyler was knowledgeable about vehicle and went through features before test drive. After test drive went back and forth on price and ended up purchasing. This is the 2nd used vehicle I have bought from Charlesglen Toyota and would buy from them again. After sales service was required and everything was checked/repaired quickly. Recommended to anyone. He was inquiring if I h I received a phone call from Stephen Chan in regards to my 2009 Camry hybrid that I had purchased from the dealership in 2012. He was inquiring if I had given any thought to trading in my car in order to upgrade to a newer model. I went online to Toyota's website and reviewed the 2016 Rav 4 Hybrid and was very impressed with the results so I worked with Stephen to arrange a visit and review the SUV. All the staff, especially Steven was very patient and courteous and was able to meet me needs financially while still getting me into the car I wanted. Thank you all for a great experience. Charlsglen has made me a lifetime buyer from their dealership! More

Amiable, Helpful & Honest Folks at Charlesglen Toyota 26-May-2016! It was our first visit to Charlesglen Toyota. A friendly salesperson Garnett Lund greeted us and took us around to show us the specials that we asked for. As soon as he showed us a 4-year old Sienna, still in very good condition, our eyes and minds were fixated on it while Garnett elucidated its many features. We found Garnett a very amicable and honest person that we could trust right away. He suggested that we go for a test drive. Throughout the drive through a beautiful landscape that he took us he would point us to try different buttons and implements that made the ride very comfortable and pleasurable. We appreciate Garnett's candour and for getting a few little wants addressed with no hesitation. When we came to pick up the vehicle on Tue., 31 May, the vehicle looked almost brand new. We commend Alex Keong too for his sincerity and honesty while getting attractive financing terms for us. Last but not the least, the guy who entertained us with stories and humour before giving us the keys is Jim McAlorum. Thank you Jim for making us feel relaxed before we signed the big purchase. It is a memorable visit at Charlesglen Toyota during the purchase of our second vehicle. More

Great This was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience! I visited quite a few other dealerships and I always felt like I was being sold to This was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience! I visited quite a few other dealerships and I always felt like I was being sold to and I was herded towards "cars that I'd like" and didn't really get to see what was in stock. However, with Tyler, the experience was much different- he laid out all my options and basically showed me all of the options that were available to me and I was able to narrow down the choices myself. I was shown both new and used RAV4's with various options/upgrades, and settled on a used 2014 RAV4. Kerri was super helpful in setting up my first car financing and speedy at getting the financing and registration set up. Jim helped set up the blue tooth in the car on pickup day and did a thorough job in showing me where everything was in the car and explaining features that I didn't understand. Thanks! More

I now have 21 registered vehicles, most purchased privately to avoid the dealership. I am an admitted chevy person, but I stepped out of the box and bought a prius for my wife 6 years ago, (from cmp, that was a horrible experience) but we were so happy with the car and the Toyota service that when it was time to update we looked for another Toyota. My wife had done a lot of research and decided a Rav4 would be the best choice. We looked online then did a test drive at another dealer, but did not find what we were looking for. I had heard good things about charlesglen from friends and it was a convenient location, so we came in to see what you had. My dealership apprehension was gone soon after we were introduced to Mark Toews. Mark showed us several vehicles and option packages and we settled on a '13 limited. Kerr Hope was great to deal with in finance, and Jim McAlorum showed us all the features on the Rav4 and synched our phones to the blue tooth. We will be bringing brownies for Jim at the first service. Thank you I feel good. More

With other departments we had a few disappointments First, the delivery of the vehicle seemed very professional at first as you head downstairs and see it sitting there clean and ready to go, delivery guy was very personable, but was very quick to run around the vehicle and by the time we got in we knew nothing about it and had to read manual at home as well as Google. Also being told there was a time crunch for another 5pm delivery when it was only 3:45, made us feel not very valued. Second, was the wait time in finance department on delivery day, we sat for 45min before the file was passed on to Kerri who got us in and out nice and quick as we just had to hand over a check, but when delivery is a scheduled time I would have expected more efficiency. The purchase day however was not much wait at all. More
