It was a relaxing and pleasant experience and he will get our referrals. Picking up our new vehicle, Jim explained all the new gadgets with his usual wit and humor. Theresa was extremely helpful and patient in providing the cars I wanted to test drive and when the car I wanted was sold, she quickly found and secured another that met my criteria. Alex from the finance department was helpful and detailed in explaining my options and the procedure to finalize the transaction. He was were very accommodating when I ran into some timing issues on the pick up of the car and moved my appointment to the following day without making me feel I had inconvenienced them in any way. Thank you for that. John Gaskin, the sales manager, was extremely helpful when I came back the day after completing my offer to purchase and was doubting if I had purchased the right car for me. I was thinking I should have purchased the Prius C and not the Corolla. Ron was so reassuring that it was no problem if I changed my mind and suggested I take each one out on a test drive again. With my mind at ease, I was able to concentrate on the pros and cons of each vehicle and ultimately was able to confidently confirm for myself that the Corolla was the right car for me. Thank you John! When I picked up my car I was happy with the detailed demonstration I received from Tim. All my questions were answered. As Alex's shift did not coincide with my time to pick up the car, Tyler did a great job in reviewing all of the warranty and car protection options with me. The transaction was completed quickly, he Transferred my licence plates onto my new vehicle and I was off. While I still miss driving my 16 year old Echo - I am enjoying my new ride and thanks to all the people at Charlesglen Toyota I was able to make this significant decision stress free. More
Keep Calm and SCION I have had over seven years with Charlesglen Toyota. They were originally in Crowfoot and I followed them to the far NorthWest because there service I have had over seven years with Charlesglen Toyota. They were originally in Crowfoot and I followed them to the far NorthWest because there service has always been exception. I took my two year old Toyota (2008) to them (not bought from them but bought used at one year from a car lot elsewhere) and for the past seven years they serviced it and I trusted their opinion. They never once tried to oversell me on a requirement. They helped me prioritize what needed to be done to make it economical. Their continued great service - shuttle rides, pleasant waiting atmosphere with free newspapers and coffee/tea made it easy. In addition, their "AutoRewards" program was another draw. I bought this program over seven years ago (for about $60 and it is still the same price today I believe) and this gave me bonus coupons ($50 and $100 at their store which I used for windshield wiper fluid, wipers etc.) It also let me accumulate points towards a new vehicle (used or new) as as my points were to expire this July, I thought I should take a look. Bought a 2012 Scion and got delivery last night. I couldn't be happier. I was able to use my autoRewards, do a trade in and have a NO PRESSURE sale from them about what I was getting. I ended up using over $1100 in Auto Rewards that would come off the direct purchase of the cost of the vehicle and the trade in price was fair. I wanted some special decals on my car that they had in stock and they were AWESOME in making sure I got them. From the salesman (Garnett - ask for him) to the finance agency to the license area - they were all so courteous and helpful. If you want a NO STRESS experience this is the place to go. They truly care about providing you with the car you need ... not just selling a vehicle. I'm hooked and they have my business for long into the future. More

Fantastic service on all fronts I knew what I wanted when I got to Charlesglen, however the service was still exceptional. I visited 6 other dealers and didn't get the same level of I knew what I wanted when I got to Charlesglen, however the service was still exceptional. I visited 6 other dealers and didn't get the same level of quality anywhere else. Garnett (my sales person) was professional and had enthusiasm for his product; at other places it was so obvious they were just after my dollars, and quickly got frustrated at my desire to physically see and inspect vehicles, not just plug the "specs" I wanted into a computer and have it spit out "the car for me". At Charlesglen, they let me see the vehicle immediately, ask my copious questions, and not pressure me to purchase. They followed this up post purchase with amazing service when my phone caused some difficulties with the bluetooth. Their phones were connecting no problem but mine wasn't; they spent over 1.5 hours with different people including the manager trying to fix the problem, then stated they will cover any costs to make sure it's done properly. I'm impressed. I will definitely go back. More

When picking up on several occasions I was the only person in line, yet invisible to the three people at their computers, heads down and too busy to greet me. On other occasions, the service was brusque and impersonal, reducing my desire to return. This week I had my Rav 4 in because of some mechanical issues, and was lucky enough to be contacted by Dan Wilson. He was friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. He explained the glitches discovered in my vehicle and was clear and helpful in explaining the costs associated with repairing them. He treated me like a customer who mattered.When it looked like my car would have to stay overnight, Dan offered me a car, as my next day was jammed full and I needed a vehicle. As it turned out, my vehicle was ready to go the same day. It was a true pleasure working with Dan. He has made me willing to perhaps return to the dealership for oil changes and other services I was having done elsewhere. You have a real gem in Dan Wilson! More
