Our policy is to provide all of our valued customers with a quote over the phone and, again without being able to verify the concern, we are unable to confirm if the fault will be covered under warranty. In the event that this is a warrantable repair; the cost for diagnosis is also covered under warranty. We are sorry if this information was not clearly communicated to you and we would be happy to schedule an appointment for diagnosis at your earliest convenience.
