Continuing contentment with Charlesglen Toyota I just traded in my 13 year old Sienna. That car was purchased at Charlesglen back in 2004 by my husband and I, but I was the primary driver. It took our family on many trips and gave us great memories. My late husband believed in taking care of a vehicle and Charlesglen made the servicing easy for us and me. The service personnel and the shuttle drivers all go beyond good customer service to friendly, supportive and efficient attitudes. This time, my son joined me to choose a new vehicle and our experience continued to be great. From searching with Mike Loritz in Sales to Jim helping us with the new electronics and the staff in finance, the experience was top notch. Toyota vehicles are so familiar to Charlesglen staff, but still they dealt with our questions and needs with patience and focused on serving us with excellence.
