I am beyond thrilled with my RAV4 limited and my experience with Charlesglen Toyota. It started with my phone call with Devin. The words spoken conveyed that he was invested in equipping me with inf experience with Charlesglen Toyota. It started with my phone call with Devin. The words spoken conveyed that he was invested in equipping me with information to make an informed choice. He then scheduled time for me to meet with Maria who took me out on a test drive. Again, there was a clear sense that she wanted to ensure I was purchasing the right vehicle for me. Though I have always been tempted to get a Toyota truck, she was respectful of my budget. She did not try to upsell me, and instead, ‘went to bat,’ so that I could get the best deal. I highly recommend Toyota, and specifically Charlesglen/Maria!! More

Never buy tires or rims from them as they have zero warranty. If I buy tires and rims from Okay Tire, Foundation, Fountain Tire, Canadian Tire and even Costco, they warranty the products they sell and warranty. If I buy tires and rims from Okay Tire, Foundation, Fountain Tire, Canadian Tire and even Costco, they warranty the products they sell and will do free repair. Not Charlesglen. Rims are only six years old and they tried to sell me a new set. More

I had a very disappointing experience with Charlesglen Toyota dealership in Calgary. As a first-time car buyer, I trusted them to provide fair pricing and honest advice. Unfortunately, I was sold a car si Toyota dealership in Calgary. As a first-time car buyer, I trusted them to provide fair pricing and honest advice. Unfortunately, I was sold a car significantly overpriced compared to the market value. I was assured that the dealership would buy back the vehicle at a favorable price if I decided to sell it in the future. However, when I returned after eight months to sell the car, they initially offered one price but later changed their stance. To make matters worse, they ultimately refused to take the car altogether on the same day. The sales team and managers displayed an unprofessional and hostile attitude throughout the process. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to honor their word was both frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, their prices are noticeably higher than other dealerships in the area. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you’re looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused experience. More
