Hi Carolyn, we're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. We apologize that when the visor was originally ordered, the wrong visor had been ordered and the new part was damaged during shipping. We understand that would cause a lot of frustration for you and we are so sorry! We made sure to only charge you for the price of the original parts quote and a half-hour labour charge after installation, which is standard and we apologize for any confusion.

Thank you for the apology, and I am sorry that you could not offer either my time or money back for the inconveniences. Communication about cost on my first or second visit would have been helpful; unfortunate to be surprised with the price a month later for a part that seems to have been poorly designed.
