I had my passenger door latch stuck. I paid the inspection fee, and they couldn’t fix it, and asked $500 to fix it. My dad used a screwdriver and voila! Very disappointing for Centaur. We have three Subarus and service is always punctual and friendly. When I was in line the customer in front of me did not have an appointment and needed an oil change before leaving out of town. She got an friendly. When I was in line the customer in front of me did not have an appointment and needed an oil change before leaving out of town. She got an appointment for the same day and I just think that is so great. It also happened to me when a noise came from the engine and they took me in right away without an appointment. So appreciative that Centaur Subaru are always accommodating to its customers. I know other dealerships would make us wait a week. Just want to say that the staff is always trying their best to accommodate their customers. Thank you More
I came to this dealership twice in the last couple months for recalls. They were extremely fast and didn’t charge me a nickel. The only reason I did not give them five stars was because I had a transmission for recalls. They were extremely fast and didn’t charge me a nickel. The only reason I did not give them five stars was because I had a transmission fluid change and it would’ve been nice to know the cost before I signed the papers, it was extremely expensive. Also, this is a minor thing but it would be nice if they had a better waiting room as I live out of town and have to spend quite a bit of time there waiting. More
