Sam Savoie, from the beginning, was a pleasure to deal with. We never once felt pressured into a decision and he was very knowledgeable of the product and of his company's policies and procedures. I would most definitely return in order to work with Sam again as he provided 5-star service. We did not, however, have the same experience with our financing agent, Nathalie Gagne. She was, admittedly, quite knowledgeable and made many recommendations (eg. insurance) that will prove to be invaluable. However, we did not always feel we had her full attention; in the middle of speaking to us she would speak to an individual(s) outside the door. This was quite a nerve wracking experience as it was our first car purchase, so the shaky attention was a little concerning. In addition, after purchasing the vehicle, I was given a pick-up date of the Friday, but was surprised with a call the next day stating it would be ready a day early. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was still dirty and virtually none of the (greatly appreciated) 449 package had been done -- there was apparently no communication between Nathalie and the rest of the team. We arrived at 3:15pm and were told it would be ready at 5pm. It was nice to see that they took the car in immediately after learning of this mix-up, but it definitely made for a slight damper on the exciting day. This may have been a one-off experience, as I have read many positive reviews attached to Nathalie's name, but I am required to explain my uninfluenced experience. Overall, I would return to Car-On Auto Sales. More

Jace was busy with other clients took the time to come over and make sure everything was going smoothly for me. The other team members I interacted with were efficient, quick, I was in and out in no time. Always appreciate fast and friendly service. thank you again to Jace and the team at CarOn ___________ I dropped in to Car on Auto in October to look in a vehicle they had on the Internet. I was introduced to Jace Baart and we sat and had a chat about my requirements for a new vehicle. I did purchase the vehicle I was looking at and have been very happy with it. I was also very comfortable with the way I was served on site by Jace and the whole team at Car on Auto. all in all a great experience. I'm enjoying my Chrysler 300 and now that we have snow I will enjoy using my new snow tires. a positive experience from the time I came to the door to the time I picked up my vehicle, well done it is always nice to be served in a professional manner as I was through my experience working with the team at Car On Auto and Mr. Jace, Happy New Years to all. Let me not forget the service department, just completed my 3rd oil change (5th one's FREE!) and have had a couple issues with my 2012 Chrysler 300s (which I love btw) and they've been handled with the professionalism you'd expect from any Chrysler (or other manufacturer) dealer with a slightly better price ;-) More

Wait, what? This is my second review of Car-On. But why? I had to replace another vehicle due to an accident that had the car written off. After I purchased my This is my second review of Car-On. But why? I had to replace another vehicle due to an accident that had the car written off. After I purchased my Ford Taurus from Car-on there was an issue with it. We collectively thought that it could have been ice in the suspension because of the weather, but as it turns out that was not the case. Regardless we purchased the vehicle even with all my "spidy senses" tingling. Here is where I was surprised. Car-On could have easily made my life even more challenging, but here is where it get's interesting. They didn't. They waited for a good time for me and my family and fixed the car. Is that all? No, they followed-up to make sure that the problem was corrected. Then, to get my car back to me, they had one of their employees drive to get me in a snow storm on a Sens game night. Not necessary, but appreciated. I have purchased a number of vehicles, and was so tired of just being another sale for the business. The selling really starts after the sale is made. My experience with Car-on is that they appreciate the business. My only hope is that Car-on stays truly customer focused as they grow, because there is no doubt that they will. In my experience, Car-on is the best that I have had the opportunity of dealing with in both sales and after-sales service. Greg More
