Walked telling them I suffer from anxiety and depression. Buying a vehicle they were so smooth and gave me a finance option 354 biweekly. They then came back with 428/biweekly I said no. Then they tried to lower interest rate near 6% but still biweekly 389$ no where near what was promised. I told them no and then the refused to give me deposit. Be weary of them. The dealership scammers told me car was ready when they didn’t do safety or paint repair bumper as I told them not to do anything as still wasn’t sure. They used the one scamming clause that vehicle was ready when it wasn’t. My word against there’s. Stole my deposit I had a huge breakdown and passed out in car in their parking lot and no one checked to see if I was ok. Knowing well I was not well in the financing office. Scammers More

Worst customer service ever, they lie about what they will do. Mike the manager has no idea how to do his job. They messed up and did not complete work on a purchased vehicle. When I went to bring it bac will do. Mike the manager has no idea how to do his job. They messed up and did not complete work on a purchased vehicle. When I went to bring it back to have the work that should have been done, Mike said he had no loaners, and was not willing to put one of his 360 some cars on the road due to their lack of service. Mike then said he was not willing to either. When I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there was no one. Another lie. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY! MIke is useless, a manager who can't make a real decision to make a paying customer happy. Save yourself the headache and never go to this dealership. I had a good experience until I spoke with Mike, and he says he's the big boss, so I'm assuming his poor, poor service skills will be passed down throughout the dealership. More

I wanted to wait a long enough period to write a review in order to test my new purchase… 5 years later i am still extremely pleased with my 2012 xterra ProX. My salesperson, Wade, was so kind, i thought i in order to test my new purchase… 5 years later i am still extremely pleased with my 2012 xterra ProX. My salesperson, Wade, was so kind, i thought it was an act. My truck was reasonably priced. In perfect shape : in fact, i just did my first big repairs this month. Apart from oil changes, rust treatments and tires changes, it did not need anything. My only moment of hesitation was at financing when a man hit a ‘that was easy’ button that really left me feeling awkward and as if i was getting played, but it in the end, it was a stellar purchase. Big big thanks to Wade who really went the extra mile. More

Horrendous after sales service!!! Car started giving problems the day after it was delivered, and they were not helpful at all. Told service department was fully booked. My wife and I would like to share our amazing experience !!!!! We cannot say enough GREAT things about this place and the people who work there. We went in to look at a tuck and we were met by Mario . Ri !!!!! We cannot say enough GREAT things about this place and the people who work there. Right away Mario made us both feel extremely welcome and was very accommodating in giving us the information we were looking for on the truck that we were interested in. Off we went for a test drive with Mario and we were SOLD !! We put a deposit down on the truck and made arrangements for pick up. Due to legal matters our finances were delayed at which point we spoke with Richard ( In Finance ) and explained our situation. Richard told us not to worry they were holding the truck for us until the date that the bank had given for release of our funds. They held on to the truck until we had everything resolved ! They went above and beyond for us to make it happen!! And it did! We are now in possession of our beautiful 2020 Ford F450 dually and Thank Everyone at Car on Auto from the bottom of our hearts.
