Had a lot of fun! Wanted to buy a used vehicle for about $3000, after going to several dealers we figured that it was not gonna happen, at least not if we wanted a ride Wanted to buy a used vehicle for about $3000, after going to several dealers we figured that it was not gonna happen, at least not if we wanted a ride that was not gonna break down in the next year and safe enough for my long trips! Kevin was EXTREMELY patient with us! We came back 3 times! Kevin helped us to find the right car. 5 minutes at his desk and he presented us with two cars saying that it was our best option. Went to other dealers "just in case"... Came back to do a test drive of both vehicles then left again to think about it. Obviously ended up buying one of the ones he had selected for us. Very nice guy! Richard helped dealing with the papers very efficiently and when I picked up the car on my lunch break, he had prepared everything so that it would be fast and I could go back to work ASAP! Oh yeah best part of buying a car there is the huge bell that they make you ring at the end of the sale! :) More

The dealership did some running around for missing paperwork for us and this made the transaction really easy. We trust this dealership. Not only would we buy from them again, they'll also be getting our service work from now on. More

Wade was kind enough to walk thru the lot with me just in case I had any questions on some of there vehicles I definitely didn't feel the pressure that I had to buy a vehicle that day! After that, he gave me a quick tour / introductions to other staff members- everyone was very pleasant! then I came back 2 weeks later to pick up my new vehicle...-and overall experience was even better :) We had a great experience with Simon (Finance dept) with his positive attitude/ reassurance, he definitely made the experience of borrowing much more pleasant!! Thank you Simon Wade- took the time to go over all the fancy gadgets for my new vehicle! - definitely not my fortay We were also very impressed to get a call from Wade the very next day to follow up on the drive home just to see if everything was ok. We would definitely refer family and friends to Car-On Auto sales If we were to rate customer satisfaction from 1-10 . We would rate our overall experience 11!!!! Thank you Gail & Family More
Amazing experience! I went in on a Thursday night at 7:00 pm, and needed a car by Monday. I was told they would do their best to get it ready for Saturday - they called I went in on a Thursday night at 7:00 pm, and needed a car by Monday. I was told they would do their best to get it ready for Saturday - they called on Friday to tell me it was ready. Thanks to Kim and Richard for making this happen for me. I was dreading the experience and it ended up being extremely positive. I would go to this dealership again in a heartbeat. More
Very Disappointing Experience I went in looking for a specific car. While showing me the car, the salesman kept putting me on the spot asking me questions about my budget and about I went in looking for a specific car. While showing me the car, the salesman kept putting me on the spot asking me questions about my budget and about whether or not I am really interested in buying the car. Clearly I was, that's why I went in, but brownie points lost for being indiscreet. From the get-go, the salesman flat out said that the price was not negotiable. Many brownie points lost here. Which car dealership doesn't negotiate? The biggest fail of the experience: the salesman did not let me test drive the car...because it was "out of my price range", after initially offering me a test drive. Then, the salesman proceeded to take me inside the dealership, to give me a tour of the establishment. Nice, but unnecessary, and honestly a waste of my time, because I won't buy a car that I can't test drive. I didn't go there to get to know the place, I wanted a car, a specific car. After the tour, the salesman proceeded to tell me about other options of cars in the same price range, and then brought in his manager, who did the same. They kept trying to sell me things that I didn't want. I don't understand why, when I already mentioned several times what I was looking for. One interesting thing that the manager mentioned, was how flexible they are on negotiating their prices. Great! Not all employees are trained to say the same thing! Maybe their service (all in-house) is great, but to get there you need to buy something. Friendly people, but sad, sad salesmanship. Bottom line: I wanted to buy the car, even if it was above my initial budget. Too bad they "kindly" chased me away by not letting me test drive my specific car, and by trying to sell me everything else instead. More
Best guys ive ever dealt with So i walked in this place 6 months ago and met these 2 guys mario and richard and they set me up with this amazing mitsubishi. They were so helpful and got me the lowest interest rate they could which was unbelievable. My first eexperience was so amazing and comfortable i jus bought another truck from there with an even lower interest rate. Amazing. If anyone is looking to go buy a used ride i strongly recommend you to go to caron on cyrville rd and ask for Mario. He'll set you up real nice More
