They worked very hard to get me the best deal and made sure I was getting a reliable, safe car, which was very important to me. They updated me at every development and explained everything to me throughly, which as a first time buyer was really great. I never felt like I was being messed around and everyone there was very nice. Right from the get go I've been pleased with my vehicle, and I'm even more pleased with the service I received from Car-on. Thank you Simon and Wade! More

Very friendly and personal service We only went in to test drive a car, but ended up deciding to buy it that same night. Wade and Dan were a great help and very kind to us. When we went back to finalize the deal and pick up the car a few days later, they had everything ready for us: paperwork and car detailing. Wade even took the time to help me set up my phone (blue tooth) and FM radio stations before I left the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Car-On to my friends and family. More

i do not recommend this place. 0 stars. When I came to purchase this vehicle I was told at the time of viewing I had brand new winter tires on this, turns out they were the incorrect size ca When I came to purchase this vehicle I was told at the time of viewing I had brand new winter tires on this, turns out they were the incorrect size causing imporoper wear and tear essentially making it unsafe to drive. It took my mechanic a while to figure out why the tire pressure lift had been on and then he saw the tires and was in complete shock I would be sold it with this size. I was told after purchasing that they can be within a specific percent - basically an excuse to cover themselves as I was told this is not even remotely safe to be driving with by a mechanic. If something was to happen to me to due to this situation there could be a pretty big lawsuit on their hands. The warranty does not cover rubber so essentially I feel like I was scammed and lied too. This feels illegal to me but because they can cover themselves up it's "not". When you try to contact the seller, they avoid you for days at a time, however they will call and call you to do surveys without leaving messages which feels like harassment. They are just like every dealer out there and do not care about their customers - they only care about the sale and commission in their pockets! I feel like I was given 0 sympathy and basically was told to jog on we can't help you but we screwed you out of 1,000$ right before Christmas. I was also told that any recalls or work to be done on the vehicle would be at Car-on itself and I would be given a rental in that time period. Turns out, that is also not true and I have to take it to a different location essentially leaving me without a vehicle. I will not and do not recommend his place. Do your research before you buy a vehicle. I regret buying this. I wish I could go back in time and do the 30 day return and I will be giving the same review on every internet page and newspaper around the city. Very very very disappointed. More
